  5. This is the 67 GTX that I've been rebuilding (w.i.p here) http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=76068 It's my second entry in this years cannonball run cbp. The only thing original is the body itself everything else is either from a Viper or scratch built. It features Viper engine and suspension, a little nos should it be needed and a custom fuel cell for longer range. The paint is Chrysler Inferno Red and universial black. To everyone who watched and commented while this was being made, thank you for all your kind words.
  6. Here is one of my two entries a 67 GTX. It's been rebuilt with the only thing being original is the body itself. The rest is either from a Viper or scratch built. It features viper engine and suspension, a little nos should it be needed and a custom fuel cell in the trunk for longer range.
  7. Awesome Camaro Jan! Fred, that landcruiser is just plain wild! As for me and the hot rod, it's really close, all I really have left is to spray the body and final assembly. With it being cold around here and the threat of ice and stuff until the deadline today is likely the only chance I will have. So we'll see, pics of the GTX will be up later today as well, I hope.
  8. Yep, I think that pretty much sums up what race day will look like lol.
  9. Very, very nice Roadrunner.
  10. Simply amazing the amount of care and work you're putting into it. It's a real treat getting to watch it come together.
  11. Thanks Dan and Boban!
  12. I'd just like to let everyone know that it was finished late last night and as soon as the sun comes out and it warms up a little I'll get some pictures of it.
  13. Thanks and sorry for the late reply Russ, I must have missed this somehow. Both engines are linked at the crank like a twin engine hot rod I found on youtube.
  14. Well after some very late nights the GTX is finished, as soon as the sun comes out and it warms up a little I'll get some pictures of the finished product. The hot rod's frame is done, all that's left is the head lights, grill, interior, paint job, tail lights, glass, mirrors and door handles. Still planning on having it done. Hope you can get the Stang done in time Kurt, looks nice so far!
  15. Beautiful color choices, they look great together!

  17. Awesome job, it looks great!
  18. Thank you for the kind words Jason! If only these thing were real, It would be a fun race against your 71'.
  19. Looks awesome Jan, very aggressive. If it can't be heard 10 miles before you see it it's not loud enough.
  20. Jason, that Cuda is jawdropping gorgeous, amazing job on it! It's been a real treat to get to watch it be built. Thanks for sharing it with us.
  21. Trust me, there will be another one next year, even if I have to run it. I wont let this fade away, not while I'm still breathing at least, I'm having way to much fun.
  22. Thanks Lee, it was still a fun build. Thanks Tommy
