I agree with Rob. I can't even count all the things that went wrong with the Hot Rod and GTX I built for this last year, it's still fixable and you have plenty of time to do it. Your Super Bee looks too awesome to scrap now. Are the rims chrome? If so take some sandpaper and gently sand down the glue points to expose the bare plastic. That will give the glue/cement a solid place to stick too. If the axle isn't lining up with the frame then I what I usually do is cut off the mounting pegs and just eye ball it.
