Glad you like the 'Cuda. No the tires came from the parts box but have been included in many Revellogram kits. The racing Corvettes and Cobras kits come to mind that included them. Here is the 'Cuda finished. Fireball also offers an excellent set of 13" Minilites for the U2 cars that competed in Trans-Am and other racing series.

I think you are correct. I wrongly interpreted it that the kit contained a 2nd style rear fender. Here is the early Kremer K1 at Silverstone in '76 Then the K1 later in '76 at Le Mans. This what the kit should look like to represent a Porsche 934/5:

A review on this website indicates there is an alternate fender style in the 934/5 kits. robdebie.home.xs4all.nl/models/911-935.htm "Box says '934/5', but instead it is a Kremer modified 935 K1, with second style of rear fenders. Decals for #2 Vaillant."

Thanks Rex and Ralph for remembering this thread. I did talk with a resin caster that offers a catalog of products this project would fit in with. They were interested but indicated that they would have to modify my master which I was unwilling to do. If I get the time and motivation I may create another body which I could then offer to the caster and they could cast it in the manner they wish.

The cars where intended to be based on production sports cars and would have included speedos so that would be historically accurate.

The kits both represent MkII GT40's but they are not "the exact same car", they are different chassis numbers.
