  1. You guys are right...... Last night I decided also, that I NEED to get back to some of the projects that I have waiting in the wings (started but never finished.) I.E. : 340 Competizione, 1/16 Lambo 25th anniversary Countach, and Volvo P1800s to name a few. (Gonna TRY to get them back on track.)
  2. I dont have much to show....... Haven't made much progress.
  3. I'll be following this as well! I want one of these kits (being a large scale builder of course I do!)
  4. That is going to look amazing sitting on your 1:1 at car shows!! Great job John!
  5. Really love your color combo and the build is clean too! Great job!! I totally ruined one of these kits when I was young and impatient......glad to see it built crisp and clean. Oh and BTW, I frequent the nail polish aisle from time to time so I know exactly what you mean.
  6. Beautiful build of a rarely seen model! Great job Jonathan!
  7. WOW! That is beautiful!
  8. Great work Paul! Model looks slick!!
  9. I like the wheels! I'll be watching. They remind me of a WORK VS-KF (hint hint...... )
  10. Finally an update!!....but not much of one. Got the engine painted and the pass side turbo mounted (still needs a little filling here and there) lot of scratchbuilding which is taking a lot of my time. Oh well enough of the pity-party! Oh yeah, the gray is just an undercoat on the turbo. Picture of the real engine.....
  11. Believe me Kevin, I know what you mean......my Corvette C1RS build took me over 10 hours worth of sanding/wetsanding to get the car right enough for that "wet" black look. It was an AMT kit that I made worse by cutting out most of the sides and replacing which meant more work! It is in Under Glass somewhere. I know you can do it!
  12. Revell 1/12 GT500 kit with several "updates" Revell Pace car vert. with Fujimi wheels/brakes painted Mystic Purple
  13. Great paint work Gerardo!! Excellent masking. Graphics look spot-on!! Kevin, get that Charger back on the bench.....it will look awesome with black on it! Jonathan, looking forward to your progress on your Charger as well! Jacob, great work on the Daytona!!
  14. Great to see you Nick and the other guys as well......I agree, it was a great show!
  15. Thank you Ken! Me too........I am somewhat open to paint ideas for this car. Still not sure what livery for it yet Thanks Chris! Will get back at it after today's show.
  16. I am polishing my cars as we speak........my 1/12 Mustang has never looked so good! Good thing too! It being the 50 years of the Mustang. Wont be able to make the sunday show though......I DID buy a certain 1/12 Porsche 911 Turbo recently though . See you guys tomorrow!!
  17. The body is getting close to being done pre-paint, (the front diffuser is just taped on for pics) still need to work on the rear diffuser and underpan........some pics as of today. Thanks for following!!
  18. Thank you Dirk! I will be showing this at the Milwaukee NNL tomorrow in the primer section......
  19. After you are done with the trial and error on the 1st one, you can spray it down with heavy duty oven cleaner and rinse the paint off in a day or two without damaging the plastic.
  20. Thank you for the support! The hood is almost done now....on to the other Aero!
  21. Outstanding Jeremy!! Simply outstanding!!
  22. For the look you are going for, I would look at the Radio Control world for wheels/tires.......ebay has 100's of them even in low profile. Just look for the 1/10 scale drifter wheels and tires. BTW, you are very lucky to have this model.....I want one of these quite badly. I will be following your build.
  23. Thanks Gary! you are too much!! I am thinking about the livery on this build.......I am back and forth between Compuware and Red Bull. Want to have yellow in it though!
  24. OK! Here are some pics finally!! Been busy with work lately. You can see here I have started on the Aero-sillyness on the hood......
