wow Mike ,,, so what kit is more accurate ? the smaller 67 , or the larger 62

oh , both are Revell kits , the 67 is a 1997 build , and from what everyone says here that's the best year for them

well what's funny is I had a 66 Corvette and a few friends had 60's and 62's and I don't recall them being much larger , or I guess I never paid attention, but looking at the two model bodies now it looks odd

Am I not understanding something here , two corvettes , a 62 and a 67 , both 1/25 scale but the 62 looks so much larger and is almost a 1/4" wider than the 67

clean clean clean no junk on it , i'll stick with Drano ,oh and I used soft scrub and my Oral B , good thing I have a dozen toothbrushes

I just tried what Dr Cranky did on youtube , Drano ,, took the chrome off in under 15 seconds , the clear ,,, so far 3 hours , but it's getting soft now , Easy Off I will try next

You are very very welcome Derick ,, well this 67 Corvette came today , and I got some super glue and a few pins to use at radio knobs and light switches and a very kind member sent me some drill bits and a cool looking pin vise and thanks to Dr Cranky the Drano , I just tried it , chrome was gone in under 15 seconds , what else , oh yeah , a bunch of wood to build a work station , start on that today

I think I am going to buy the Harbor Freight 7x10 mini metal lathe , does anyone have this , and a little feedback if you do ,, yes it's a cheap import but for what I want to get from it I do believe it will be fine ,anywho , thoughts if you have one
