I would rather see something new that has not already been kitted. That model has been re-issued as a drag car in the past. Did not sell well. Maybe now it would sell better.
Doctor Phillips, How do YOU rate so high on the totem pole? Here in Michigan, that magazine is RARELY on time. Always an excuse printed in the editorial column. I don't subscribe to it; that's my excuse for getting it at my locat hobby shop.( Multiple trips waiting for each issue!)
Real neat and clean custom work. About the only thing I would different is remove those stock fender ornaments. they seem to detract from the overall clean and smooth lines you have going. Your model is going to be a standout when it's done. Bsavo!!
That is super-neat! Four different scales of the same car! I can't find ANY scale 38 Ford anything! I must not be looking hard enough. Again, VERY well done, sir!
Nothing in my junk or deleted files here but what I thought was (IS) spam and junk mail! I'm looking forward to some new e-mail activity now. Hope it's good stuff.
I like it. THe way it is, you could go "old school" with it by using a hopped up flathead and wide whites, or go modern with a current small block with fuel injection and some billet rims. Either way, it's cool.
I'm curious. 1932 Ford pick-up? Did this project start out as an AMT or Lindberg '34 pick-up? There's only a minor difference in the rear body moldings (at the beltline) between the two. A 1932 does not have the wide upper molding a '34 does. Your project sounds great. Really pushing the envelope. Good luck with it.
