  1. Tom that looks awesome. Thanks for sharing.
  2. Good morning everyone hope all are well. Curious if anybody who has built the AMT LNT8000 (could be the tractor, or the dump truck, or another dual drive version) wouldn’t mind posting pictures of your build. Thank you.
  3. I will try that. Thanks for the tip.
  4. Haven’t heard that. Where did read that?
  5. I’m a pins and holes builder. So flat surface to equally flat surface is not my strong suit.
  6. Thanks for the reply. My concern is assembling things such as the bed.
  7. Hello and hope all are well. Just got the AMT Ford snow plow kit. Unsure of tractor or dump truck in it’s future. If anyone has built the snow plow version can you pass on any issues or build tips. Thank you
  8. Great news. Slept on it overnight and still undecided. Tractor or Plow
  9. Great news. Are you doing it as a tractor or the plow?
  10. Picked her up tonight. Unsure if I do it as the dump truck or the tractor.
  11. Thanks for the tip. I will try it out. I figure that you just cut it to size and fill?
  12. Nice job. I like the color. I am building the Revell Snap tite Peterbilt 359 currently. I saw a tip to use tissue paper to stuff into each tire to correct the shape. We’ll see if that works.
  13. Power plant change. Building her with a Cummins NTA370. Love Cat motors but wanted to be different on this build.
  14. Very, very, nice. I had the Mixer kit back in the 1970's. Sadly I never built it. My loss for sure.
  15. Really nicely done. Bravo.
  16. Obviously I need to redo the Red, White, and Yellow knobs. Maybe the gauges as well. I've been thinking about maybe turning the currently contructed cab as the SD and then doing the dual drive with the sleeper. If thats the case I will need to source all the parts I have used for the original idea. Front interior bucket, small interior piece by peep window, steering and axle pieces. Fuel tanks. Steering wheel. All Glass except the rear windows. Also stacks, and stack support. Engine, transmission, and aircleaner pieces. Also spoked "Wagon wheels", and tires. Hobby Lobby here I come?
  17. Sanded some seams off the engine block and associated parts. Also put a pin into the pipe leading into the turbo on the Cat. This will allow it to firmly stay into place.
  18. Looking to maybe get some more paint on her this week. As long as the weather cooperates. Still trying to find that elusive sun visor.
  19. Lee very nice job. Love the Green.
