  1. Sam curious to see how they come out. I like that 378.
  2. Thanks for the tips. Nice use of the Road Commander stripes by the way.
  3. Yes Jerry Reeter does nice work.
  4. Or Yellow Cab with these decals in Dark Green with a Black outline. Then fenders in either Yello or dark Green. Then the IT decals.
  5. Thanks for the reply. I have a can of Tamiya TS43 Racing Green in my stash. Also though TS34 Camel Yellow would be a good choice for the cab. Maybe Green front fenders as well.
  6. Sam, Thanks for the reply. I am tending to lean that way as well. I just need to score some decals from the AMT California Hauler reissue to get the livery I want and also need to get a visor as well. Like I always say give Jerry some weather that is not paint cooperative and he'll change his mind more than a girl deciding on a prom dress.
  7. Okay at a major impasse on paint combinations for the Pete 359. Not being able to paint in this awful South Jersey weather causes me to get into an undecided mode about color choices. Below are the combinations I am on the fence about: Brown cab, Orange frame Yellow cab, Dark Green frame Yellow cab, Red frame White cab, Red frame White cab,, Blue fenders, Dark Green frame Red cab, Black frame Any sugestions would be appreciated. Spring weather cannot come fast enough
  8. Yes sir. Just need to decide on colors for it and I need to source decals from the AMT California Hauler repop kit.
  9. Congratulations they build up nice. Take your time with the wheels and tires.
  10. Here she is unstarted. Weather here in NJ may prohibit painting until March/April but I can work on the other bits until then.
  11. Just have to figure out paint and possible livery. And have to source a front visor.
  12. Thanks for allowing me to compete.
  13. Count me in. I’ve got a Revell Pete 359 Snap kit I’ll enter with.
  14. Hello hope all are well Is anyone aware of anybody making sun visors for the Revell Snap Pete 359? Can’t seem to find any? Thank you.
  15. Very nice job. Had the pleasure of meeting Stacy when he ran the #86 RC Cola Dodge in the Craftsman Truck Series.
  16. Started the frame. Have primed the top and will prime the bottom tomorrow. So far so good.
  17. Looks great. The first tractor I ever paid attention to. The pic is from 1975 New York State Truck Rodeo @ Uniondale Long Island you can see the Nassau Colisseum in the background.. I was hooked. A FB friend of mine was at the same event. I only became friends with him a few years ago and no idea he was there until I mentioned the Rodeo. It’s his pic.
  18. Dashboard almost finished. Just a couple of spots to do. As far as the frame goes not so sure I can use the Dual Dive frame without shortening it. If anybody has done the kit using the day cab and keeping DD frame stock I’d like to know your thoughts on how it looks.
  19. Agreed. I used a jewelry gel glue to attach the stirrup steps to the inside of the cab. Found it in the crafts section at Walmart. Works really well.
  20. Can the 250 be made to replicate the NTC-290? If so what needs to be added?
  21. Looks looking forward to your build. I just did the stirrup steps on mine.
  22. Or even a nice Coke IH 4070B Transtar II.
