Fujimi 427 Shelby Cobra Deluxe Edition + Hobby Design PE set

Thanks for that info. I'm not worried too much about accuracy. I'm going for a nice detailed build to show off all the nice parts. -
Fujimi 427 Shelby Cobra Deluxe Edition + Hobby Design PE set

No problem JC the wheels are very crisply molded. Almost identical to the gT40 wheels (which are Fujimi? I think) -
What kit, or what resin caster would I find some nice Weber carbs from? The Historic Racing miniatures are too small and the Grand Sport Corvette are too large. Does the Revell Shelby Cobra have that option?

Fujimi 427 Shelby Cobra Deluxe Edition + Hobby Design PE set

Yeah, the Fujimi engine is pretty sad. It's a crisp mold, but no detail. No cylinder head detail as far as bolts or any indication of spark plugs. The heads and the oil pan don't even have room to put detail hardware. I think I will buy the Revell kit to steal the engine. On the other hand, I have the Historic Racing Miniatures engine kit for the GT40. The Webers in there are amazing, but too small. The Webers in the Grand Sport kit are too big. i'm kind of in a pickle, I'm pretty much set on doing the 427 with Webers. -

Thank you The Hobby design set is for the Fujimi model specifically. I'm not sure how different they are. I am actually looking to replace the Fujimi engine with another because of the lack of detail, but I need some new Webers as well -

As much as I like to buy locally, Media Mix Hobby in Singapore always has everything in stock and it's quick shipping. I also got a killer PE set for the tamiya 993 GT2 -

Sorry guys, i was typing this at 1 in the morning and the baby started screaming for food. I went out and fed him , then passed out on the couch. Here is the PE set from Hobby Design Some really nice fittings for the radiator as well, and seat belt material -
I apologize for the poor photos. i am watching our newborn and I can't have too many lights on or I will get yelled at. I have had this kit for a couple of years and I have been waiting until my skills get better to build it. I want it to be perfect. I recent found a nice PE set for it from Hobby Design, so I had to buy it. The Fujimi kit comes with the standard kit, plus some white metal pieces and some photo etch pieces. It also comes with some really nice brass turned snap fittings and turned aluminum headlight bezels. The kit also has an open trunk I did not include the sprues because I already tore into this thing. All of this comes in the kit- Roll, bar, headlight bezels, windshield frame, steering wheel, pedals, gas cap, door and trunk handles, exhaust pipes and a few other goodies. The fittings for the front bumper The snaps This is the PE that comes in the kit

Laser vs injet Printers recommendations

do you have any advice to go along with that? -
I have abandoned uploading images to websites. Everyone has a different standard. I use Imgur, it uploads my photos and resizes them to whatever I choose, which is usually set for a 17" monitor. i have never had a mod complain anywhere. Site uploads always take forever. Imgur.com has the fastest resizing I have ever used and it does ALL the photos as they are being uploaded. It's too easy.

I was just giving you a hard time for adding an extra i in the name

I don't know. I want to put a 6.0 in my truck, it came with a 5.3. I can't even do that now. I have no idea how these guys get these things on the road.

I am going to start using it. I have been browsing and I realize you can create your own "boards" and make your own collection of photos. I will be using this for reference photos for builds. All of them will be in the same place and I can access from my phone, tablet or computer. Seems like it will work out nicely. Don't find the photos you want on there? Add them

You are clearly missing the entire point. It's not about the quality. it's not about bullying (which is an absurd claim), it's about how he presented himself and his model to unsuspecting buyers. Most people won't pick out the details we can see as builders, until they get it in their hand. If anything is moot, it's your ridiculous perspective on what is going on here, focusing on every insignificant point. If you think this is bullying, you have not entered what we down here like to call "life" calling someone out on their deliberate, misleading BS is far from bullying.

I've never used it or considered using it, but I might now if there is stuff like this on there.
