I bought the engine it was multi piece. Probably about twenty pieces. The rims and tires a friend printed. The rims are two pieces. With separate tires.

Real nice obscure build! Well done.

Was a great kit to build. I added a small piece to the qtr end cap to close up the bumper gap and removed some material from the body where the leading edge of the rear bumper fits to it. Allowing the taillight chrome bezels to sit further in. Other than mods to fit the engine adjusting exhaust tight to rear bumper and lowering the rest is out of the box.

Donohue Javelin

I need a dashboard for a Johan 71-74 Javelin. Can’t find one anywhere. -
65 is my favorite Couoe DeVille. The first of the really chiseled Bill Mitchell look.

This is an original Johan kit that I wanted to improve upon yet not lose the whole character of the old kit. I did swap the body for a flared Flintstone resin body. I added inner fenders from a MPC 70 Cyclone. Fit like a glove!! Added missing roll bars an axle over rider shock and a correct seat. Used the old Johan shifter and fire bottle. Steering wheel from Brazil. Left the chassis as Johan made it but added a fuel cell and aluminum tube exhaust. Engine is original except for a resin dominator carb. Wheels from Replicas and Miniatures of Maryland and custom decals. I didn’t try to make it 100% just improved. It fought me for a long time. But it’s now done as it will be.

I love it!!

Shadow Turquoise a 66 GM color

Kinda hard to see but I gave it the customary 70s green vinyl interior.

This car was easy as all the lower roof molding were already there. I stuck to pieces of pinstripe tape to the roof and sprayed it with semi gloss black lacquer from about 18” away. Maybe 6-8 light mist coats so it looks grainy.

I agree this and a 70 Challenger are about the only Mopars I would love to own.

I use automotive clear on every build I do. Once it’s cured you’ll never hurt it unless you really try to hurt it. Decals will last forever under it too.

Yep

This color is near impossible to photograph. It has a super cool green pearl over the base color. Yet it doesn’t hardly show on a picture. It kind shows here

Oh yes!!!! Can’t wait to see it. I was eyeballing that wagon.

A Decko Car Co resin kit. Call me weird but I love simple curbsides. This was an excellent casting. Painted it factory Chateau Mauve with what I call the Ron Hamilton interior. A simple fun kit to build.

Yep!! Painted him as best as my old eyes could manage! That’s when I realized how far off center he was molded?

This a rebuilder of an original issue kit. Added a few parts from a newer release to replace missing stuff. Chrome color I made and wheels From EBay.
