  1. Great Looking Build Marcos
  2. Kool Congrats on the score of the Root Beer Beauty See all you have to do is wait, keep the right eye out, and you'll find what you are looking for Oddly enough, I wasn't looking for mine, and both them were deals I couldn't pass up BTW: Did someone say ForSale??? :D
  3. Did someone say $150-200 ea. for either one then maybe we will talk??? Seriously though, I have been wanting a 63 or 64 for sometime, and everytime I find one they go for $90-200 on Flea-Bey or at Local Shows... Usually the ones at shows are beater looking glue bombs that are missing parts for that much!
  4. Congrats on the new addition, and looks like you're off to a Great Start! Large Five Spokes just look right under these things I picked up a '63 and '64 a few months back on Flea-Bey and had to quickly packed them away since my Condo was just put up For Sale at the time Can't wait to see your next update, so I can get a little motivation to start working on mine
  5. Congrats on the New Toy Don I've been wanting one as soon as I get the work space for it, that would help tremendously in making 1:1 Scale Kustom Tails and Such
  6. I got a couple of them stalled out myself, nicely done, but I don't have the time to widen and lengthen the Revell Chassis' to fit properly..... Its Based off a 1/22 or so R/C car body....
  7. Great Looking Job as usual David Where did you find the Scale Vistas???
  8. Looking Good I built one the exact same color when the kit was first reissued , seems to be lost somewhere between my Father's Place, and My Storage Unit
  9. Anyone know when the 69 Nova and 87 Donk Cutlass will be available yet??? My best guess would be that the Cutlass will be just in time for Christmas 2000 & Never..... (Fingers Crossed Though!! )
  10. Wow Outstanding Job One of my Favorite Trucks in 1:1 scale, and you have done a remarkable job shrinking one down with Class Just curious, what scale and kit is that
  11. Great Looking Rig you got started there Brian, can't wait to see it finished  Yeah I will never understand why people would try to use tires for something they weren't meant for, especially when the sidewall/ name clearly states what it's for.... It's like some that would use dry surface tires on Wet/Snow Covered/Muddy/Gravel roads, and don't understand why that they have no traction If at any point you have a Truck/Jeep that has Mud Terrain Tires, and you get caught in a Snow Storm/on Snow Road or Path, simply air down the tires to maximize their traction capabilities till safely out of said situation(Ofcourse Vehicle Speed should be kept at a min, to lower the possibilty of throwing a tire from the rim) .
  12. Sorry for digging this one up, just curious what happened to it?? Also is that the Wheel and Tire package from ARII's Cadillacs??? Great Looking Stance BTW
  13. Great Job with all of them , trying to figure out why those aren't in my Garage so I can ride them on a regular basis Btw a word to the wise, watch using header wrap on your exhuast, that stuff will do some Nasty Damage overtime End result of wrapping: http://www.clearimageautomotive.com/Pictures/P4020011.JPG
  14. NP Bob, Thanks for the Info Rat Packer will be my best bet since it's easier to come by, then I can try my hand at casting some. Kind of remember some being in the reissue of Amt's '69 Chevelle or their '69 W30 Cutlass back when I picked them up in the 1990's. For me, Inverted Astro's always add Style to any Muscle/Kustom/Low Rider, as opposed to the other typical choices.
  15. Now that's a Redneck Caddy Its missing a few of the essentials though! I.e. Chrome Side Nerf Bar/Steps, Front Bull-Guard,Quad KC-Highlites on the Roof,Mudflaps with Chrome Naked Ladies,Shot gun rack, and last but not least, one or two whip antennas
  16. Wow Fantastic Job Color,Stance, and All Btw, where did you come across the Astro Supreme Wheel & Tire Combo?? Been wanting some for a few projects!!!
  17. "Fixed" Try [img ] [ /img] Without the space after the g & ], and the space before /img] next time Steve
  18. NP Wow with job you've done, and what I have seen others do, doesn't seem like there's a point in having a hobby room too organized
  19. Longtime EdSully Fan, and Defiantely can't wait to see this BadBoy finished Does look good without the skirtz, but to me they look so much Lower and Meaner with them
  20. Yeah the EVH Hauler has always been my favorite version of the 90's Chevy 454SS'. The Original Truck was comissioned by Eddie, as a tribute to his "FrankenStrat" Guitars that help make him famous. The Boyd Hauler was Coddington's Knockoff that was created to be a "Give Away" Truck for STM/Truckin Magazine. Originally it was set to look exactly like Eddie's Truck, and to be given away to a Mag Reader/VH Fan, but Eddie refused to allow another version of his truck, and even threatened a Lawsuit Boyd changed the Grahics enough, and put his name on it, to allow him to not only build a "Limited Run" of the trucks(I want to say 4-6 were built in total), but also allowed him to license Testors to offer their Kits of the Trucks Great Job Bandit, always like a Blue Silvy!
  21. Great Job, Especially the Canvas Canopy on the back Have always wanted a 1:1 Scale JEEP Pickup Just a suggestion, have you ever thought about using pieces of a necklas for the tailgate safety-chains to help the tailgate sit alittle leveler
  22. AMT's '62 Belair and Impala SS Convertibles will also lend their frames to your project quite well also!
  23. Great Looking Projects you got there Jeff Me, my daily is a '96 Caprice 9C1(Yeah it's an L99, but it gets 16-18city/19-20 Hwy, with Heavy Foot, and 17-19city/21-22 Hwy Grampy Driving ) Mods so far: tuned PCM,ClearImageAutomotive Shorty Tubulars, and Minor other additions. Long Term Project: '66 Olds Toronado(Don't live in a place where I can work on my cars beyond basic ). New B-day Present from GF: '77 GMC K25 Standard Cab 8ft. Bed., SBC 400 THM 400 backed. Distant Slammer Custom(soon to be departing): Canadian '82 Olds Cutty Cruiser Way-Gone with 231 V6/THM350. I have a '78 Olds 350R bored 0.035 over with '68 350R Crank & Rods that was to replace the V6, but I am losing my Storage for it, and GF doesn't like old Wagons that aren't Customs already
  24. Wow Great Job So Far Can't wait to see it finished I was lucky enough to meet Barry White,Becky( his wife),Jenn(his daughter), and Tony(His Street Rod Repair Company Partner/Right Hand) last year at the Seattle Roadster Show. My Father-In-Law and Barry have been Best Friends for years. Barry's Dyna-Ride IRS final design was improved upon by my Father-In-Law
