Thnx Ira Thnx Stan Well... a definite Snow Day here in 'southern'? Ontario! Got some things done on rear end. The leaf springs were flat castings so I needed to build them to look more realistic I used empty tea light candle containers cut to size. I find this gauge of alum. a little more malleable than pop cans. I then cut the shocks from their upper mounts (I'll make up new shocks) and added some rod, hex rod, and brass wire to detail it up. Off to paint

I try to use a different colour each time,..but, I do have 4 black builds and 3 reds Hahaha

Got some more work done on this Body primed and first coated, no clear yet. Engine close wiring tonight. A bit of work getting the interior tub to fit down onto chassis. Dremel the chassis tunnel top and underside of tub. Front grille with those darn chrome headlights,... White wash, smoke pin wash, clear blue water wash,... then glob of clear,.... close The chassis is molded with underspray pebble.. so, it's undercoated,.. never rust lol. It's amazing how far castings have come in 20 years!! Thnx for looking Comments and criticisms welcome Happy modelling

35 yrs ago we had a family vaca down in Orlando, visit the grandfolks for Xmas (lived on Lancaster for those who care) Of course we went to Daytona Only ones on the beach Laff They sold out of down vests that year in Orlando Hahaha Anyway my aunt looked over at my brother and I (this was the year Blues Bros. album was released) And said "You guy's look like the Beluga Brothers" Large boys, dead fish white, It stuck.
