Thank you very much for the kind words! And it goes on... Here is another detail, so that the chimney makes sense... ... and for the cold days... ... an old barrel and a few small things... ... complete and refined... ... with some iron Color... ... and installed in its place... Hope, you like it so far, stay tuned...

And it goes on... First, I wanted to paint the interior, but then i sanded the primer in the interior... ... in order to redecorate it... These are the new wallpaper- parts, cut from decorative paper... ... slightly refined... ... and finally wallpapered... Hope, you like it so far, stay tuned...

Thank you very much! And it goes on... I'm looking everywhere for means and things that make it easier for me to make appropriate parts I need for my builds... These are the holder of earring plugs... ... and after I have these flattened in a vice... ... I make from these, new, not functioning, only indicated, hinges for the rear doors... Stay tuned...

Absolutely a great build and I love the ignition key in the dashboard, a great detail! -
And it goes on... Somehow, such builds vaporize me a lot of time in searching, choosing the right equipment and parts... As in the following example... This is a window shutter made from LEGO... Since I made the window first, the shutter was now too wide, I had to reduce it a bit... ... and the same with four pieces... ... primed flat black... ... and then dry brushed... ... and mounted on the window Frame... Stay tuned...

Thank you very much! This possibility is great that Dave has shown, which gives a deep structure, I have also done a few times. But with this build I do it differently: I have not done any previous depressions, it's all just with the brush and color... I take a dry brush and loaded it with paint that is highly viscous or thick. I'm going with this thick paint (a darker color) over the surface, and the bristles of the brush thereby create the furrows, i can now easily vary the drag of the brush, or tremble a little, everything is permitted... Then I dry brush a lighter color across these lines, and finally, with white to highlight the peaks...

And it goes on... As I said, I allow myself some freedom in terms of design and execution... The next step is the "Transylvania team room"- Body. I carved the following parts here from a 2 mm thick PS plate... ... refined the parts and glued together... ... primed flat black... ... and then dry brushed... ... the result... Stay tuned...

Thank you very much for the kind words! I bought those little skulls on ebay- Germany, from this great seller: http://www.ebay.ch/usr/blaueaugen76 Here is an ongoing offer: http://www.ebay.ch/itm/040-1-18-TOTENKOPF-SCHADEL-fur-Tuning-Diorama-ZUBHOR-/400739554749?pt=Spielzeugautos&hash=item5d4df055bd He also has other variants: http://www.ebay.ch/itm/056-1-18-TOTENKOPF-SCHADEL-fur-Tuning-Diorama-ZUBEHOR-/151350738942?pt=Spielzeugautos&hash=item233d34fffe I have already made some deals with him, always to my fullest satisfaction. The magic powder I have also from ebay, but do not know from which provider, its similar to this here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/3ml-Gundam-Model-Paint-MGM-Prime-Electroplating-Powder-/131321033574?pt=Model_Kit_US&hash=item1e9357f366 Hope this helps.

Thanks! And it goes on... I have found on the internet matching skulls for "skull" shifters... First, I primed it in dull black... ... then comes a little dry brushing... And i tryied again this "Magic powder" ... but in this time under different basic Colors, and I can tell you, that makes a big difference! Left it is primed with black gloss, and the right with a shiny bright blue, which I like much better: And here is the interior so far: The finished skull, the lever is a piece of wire, and its support is from an earring, the steering wheel, the cushion and the pedals are of the Royal Rail kit... Stay tuned...

Additional parts are required and something comes here from: Here's the tub, I have attached a back board... ... and in the front, I cut a notch, so that the intake manifolds have space... ... and here, with a little color... ... and, yes, the procedure with the fork, huh... ... maybe that comes later...

I was asked to present here an in progress build, I selected this one, for the beginning... This one has one of the best examples of box art you'll ever see and that has always attracted me magically... ... I spent too much time in my life, to look at this Picture: ... and I have tried for years, to get hold of one of those things, of course, in order to build it! ... unfortunately without success, most were already gone, or the deals blew up to much my Budget... As it happens in life, you often see the trees, but not the forest... As then this kit has been revived: I realized that this project is feasible... Most of the parts I will use of this kit, a few parts of others and the rest has to be made... Well, I'm not going to build an exact replica, but in this direction, start with this: That is what I have so far: Hope, you like it, stay tuned...

Thank you very much for the kind words, it means a lot to me! Yes, Harry, that would have been another possibility, that's what I've heard a few times before, but the barrel is a omage to the album Barrel Full of Monkees, this was a compilation album of songs by The Monkees, released in 1971 by Colgems Records, and was the last LP issued by the label.

The Monkees Mobile The idea for this build, originally came from the old master, Ed "NEWT" Newton. When Universal Chose the wild Tom Daniel-designed, Barris-sponsored and by Dick Dean`s gang-built The Munster Koach instead, Big Daddy Roth learned, that "low Budget and mild" was apparently not the way to score a TV car contract... So, although they didn`t know it at the time, Tom and Newt were apparently competing against each other for that Munster Coach contract, trough Barris and Roth... Later, when submitting a design for the upcomming Monkees TV series, he let Newt go all out on the concept. But alas... ... that Time they went fot Jeffries`less-expensive "GTO Touring"... So, Jeffries`relatively austere Monkeemobile concept was approved for The Monkees Television Show, he beat out this home run attempt by Newt and BDR... And, uh, oh, yes, much later, California Show Cars by Jay Ohrberg, built something similar, based on Newt's design, and called it GeeTar... ... which, in my view, doubled the size while halving the Finesse... This is my Version, perhaps not quite as Newt thought it... ... but I have tried to implement it, as far as it went, and with a couple of my Solutions... No idea what I have installed everything here, because it was one of my many, long-term Projects... ... but finally it's done, hope, you like it.
