  1. Well I only have around 20 or so 69 camaro what's one more. Worth it just for the wheels.
  2. Can't wait for revell to make the hardtop for 5 months and then never reissue it again like they done for years now.
  3. Not sure of its been mentioned, but a 69 Daytona hood should work for a stock hood since that's what the factory did.
  4. Curious if someone can pin the exact year of this Johan kit. I think it's a 71 javelin and sst, I'm no amc expert, just hoping for a year and opinions on the kit possibly.
  5. The dukes charger mold was rumored to be retired after 2015 because of the Warner brothers pulling dukes licensing. So we may not see this mold return, plus someone at round2 told me the mold is very worn out.
  6. I have both original 66&67 annual charger kits both unbuilt and 100% complete and the 66 did not have the clear hood but the slot car option. The 67 had the hood but no slot options. The street machine version that has just been rerealesed is based on the 1974 reissue that had no clear hood, or slot option. The street machine release has a mix of the 66&67 annual releases and the thunder charger from 1967.
  7. No clear hood or injectors. That was only in the annual releases.
  8. No this one http://m.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-1967-Charger-MPC-1-25-Model-Car-Kit-Unbuilt-67-Dodge-Street-Machines-/301735472463?nav=SEARCH
  9. I just bought this kit yesterday, I can confirm the it has every piece from the 1974 release. It also has a mix of the 80's street machine release, and a few thunder charger bit. Very nice job from round 2 on releasing a nostalgic kit.
  10. The grill wasn't custom on that kit, it just had the headlights with the on position, it was nice change but a grill with the headlight doors down would be great too. If revell adds the door scoops, taillight trim, and adds a stock hood they've got a winner. That kit is mainly based off the 68/69 kit already (ie. Engine components, chassis)
  11. I doubt round 2 will be the one's to release a 70 charger, especially with how worn out that mold is. Revell would be the one , since they already related a 70 charger in diecast back in 2001 as "doms charger" . It was like a 69 rear mixed with a 70 front end.
  12. 1970, so many great looking cars here and abroad. Live to have been alive during that time.
  13. I use scalemates and love it, although I've had to add kits that were missing from that site one or two times.
  14. I didn't even know this site had a chat room..
  15. Revell is just now getting 2nd quarter releases out. Maybe by March will have the 4th quarter announcements ?
  16. So excited, this will be my first year going and everyone I've talked to said this is one of the best show around.
  17. Revell s 1970 cuda kit also has a great hemi in it.
  18. Most of my experience at swap has been finding kits for under $15 and sometimes even under $10.
  19. If it hasn't been said already, hellcat hellcat hellcat hellcat hellcat. Hellcat everything.
  20. I'm glad they're reissuing that kit, it's kind of expensive for past release like $30+
  21. Johan bodies have always been spot on, and their hemis are pretty nice especially for the time they were made in.
  22. Just curious do you get a volume discount for buy them by the case?
  23. I just bought a Johan 68 300 kit that has this engine. I believe that will be the easiest way to find one kit wise.
  24. I was on my was to see these guys at this very stop and missed them dang, oh well maybe next time.
  25. I'm happy with just something, some people just have to pick at something.
