  9. Hi, I've got an Amt 67 Fairlane annual that I would like to build as a R code 427. But can't seem to find out which is correct hood they used from the factory? Have seen pics of flat hood(no scoop), hood with long flat scoop and hood with short low scoop. My car will have the XL trim and use the stock wheel covers. Thank you

  12. Gary you are right about Guido - my dad and I were friendly with him in the 90's before his accident. Let's just say he was a very "unique" guy?
  13. Art and Larry, for interest sake, I have recently bought about 600 of Guidos old kits on auction here in SA and there approximately 12-15 "in progress" Duesenbergs amongst others

  22. Hi, I just wanted to relate this story. Was looking for a set of replacement headlamps for my original AMT Pontiac Ventura Sprint. As Jimmy Flintstone offers a resin copy of the body I dropped them a mail, asking if they would sell me a set of headlamps separately. To my surprise I got a reply from Nancy Laatsch saying if I sent her my address she would send me a set for free! I have never queried or bought anything from them in the past so was absolutely astounded by this small but very generous offer. Thought I would just share this with you.
  23. Thanks for tips ??
  24. Hi, has anyone ever offered a stock flat hood for he Revell 69 Camaro?
