  1. Outstanding work as always, Darryl. Looking forward to more.
  2. Excellent build! I admire your skills adding so much authentic detail to a rather tough kit. Nicely done graining as well.
  3. Very nice! Well done chop! Great color.
  4. I'm stunned! It's almost a crime to hide that chassis with a body. Craftmanship of the highest order on every level!
  5. Outstanding job!
  6. Really beautiful models, Tulio! However, after having owned two '58 Fords Fairlane 500s, one '62 Galalaxie 500, a '64 four speed Galaxie 500 XL and two '63 Buick LeSabres, two '66 Wildcats, '58 and '59 Pontiac Star Chiefs, a '61 Catalina, and a '65 Bonneville, I just have one thing to say... Buick and Pontiac, forever!
  7. Nice work! Paint and foil is exceptional!
  8. Looks great so far. Clever parts swapping!
  9. Terrific build! The scratch details really add realism and eye appeal. It looks like you did a wash or shading on the wheels; whatever the technique it works very well, especially when compared to the box top shot of the same parts!
  10. Great work, Ron! Love the mild custom ragtop.
  11. I definitely prefer the first version. Though the skirts are well-done I've never seen a set that had that chrome trim along the bottom like that. However, a popular accessory for Foxcraft skirts was a polished stainless "stone shield" at the bottom front corner. The antennas are way out of scale.
  12. Cool! I like what you did with the taillights and the metallic blue is a great color for the car. Chalk up another vote for no skirts. As a general rule cars with a forward rake (low in front) look better without skirts. Rearward rake or "taildraggers" (low in back) look good with skirts.
  13. Great stuff! Love your paint work. My favorite model is the little Revell "Highway Pioneers" 1/32 Hot Rod; it's great to see one of the earliest plastic car kits built so well.
  14. Outstanding build, Bill! Excellent choice on the wheels and I really like the finish on the up-top.
  15. Perfect color combo on the Merc!
  16. Great work, Bernard!
  17. Nice work! Looks like a great kit.
  18. Good job!
  19. Thanks for the gratifying comments, guys! Much appreciated!
  20. Really nice work! The Challenger/Dart drag team is terrific.
  21. I don't know how you guys manage to get so many models done in one year! I worked on several projects, but managed to finish only one, this previously unbuilt original '59 kit. Inspired by a '58 painted in 1959 or so by the late great Larry Watson...
  22. Nice! Love the Ambassador hardtop and the '62 Rambler Classic. Well done paint detailing on all.
  23. Hope he had lots of fun! If that's the Revell kit, it goes together nicely, and is an outstanding replica of the real car.
  24. Nice work. The Ferrari is especially cool!
