  1. Nice,clean build
  2. That turned out nice and clean.
  3. Thanks to all that served and will serve. I REGRET not serving.I tried but thats another story and that's not important. As for those who protest against the military people and what they do. Here's a thought. If a war takes place on our ground right here in the U.S.A. and you and your family is about to get killed you will be begging for one of them to save you. If you don't like it,take it up with the Government not the soldier. I shed tears every time I see where one has fallen. God Bless all of you past, present and future. God Bless and be with the families of the fallen ones.
  4. I love the pro mods. I have a file on my computer for future builds and tips, ideas. And every time I run across builds like this they go to those files. Keep up the good work.
  5. I will pray for you also God will work it out. May God Bless and be with you and your family in this time of need.
  6. Thats the best diorama that I have seen.
  7. Looking very good keep us posted. That color is just right.
  8. Helping others when I can,and that is always cool to me. And when God puts it in my heart to help others that is the coolest.
  9. This happened when my grand-daughters cat got to my models when it was over for a visit. The bad news is that the little cat got hit by a car today and didn't make it. We will get her another one that will stay with us in the house all the time. Her loss hurts me more than anything. The baby in the photo is a doll, just want to clear that up,don't need the locals coming over for a visit
  10. I think it looks good You seem to know where your weak points are and your improving on that. Thats all you can do. As for advice. I have built models since I was 9 yrs old,I am 49 now and my improvements were made in stages. First was paint and until I got that right I didn't do any detail work. When I started painting small details and they messed up I would buy 1/35 scale military men for practice. Painted them until I got steady and then back to my cars, messing up the men didn't matter as much as the cars did. If you want any more tips send a PM and I'll be glad to help. Go to the tips forum and you will learn a lot from there.
  11. Real nice set up
  12. Looking good keep us posted
  13. Yes these go to the parts box. I may have to start building them up. They would look good for dioramas. Yours look good
  14. This is a must have product and I plan on stocking up. Very good price too.
  15. Yea I built one for a guy the way he wanted it for $250.00 The same build would not sell for that much on an auction site.
  16. Most of the time I will make them deeper for the detail your talking about. As for the wash method if it is not done right it can make it look ,like a cartoon as Wheelman said. If you look at any color of a car in the real world except black from a distance' you will see the black line around the doors. Do you do the lines on your builds? If so show us your detailed lines around your doors, trunks. I may do it on my next build just to see how it comes out.
  17. Great building skills at its best.
  18. I do the same thing and it is cheap. This is an oil pan that I scratch built using this method of building.

  20. Its looking good. Can't beat those o-ring air bags. This was my first time using them on a 69 Chevelle There not perfect but the worked for me. Earl
  21. I like that orange,it came out good. The light in the photo made it look like a peach color. Good looking build. Earl
  22. Cool I bet you let Mad Max test drive it,and he did this to mine.I knew I would track him down Now I need your insurance imfo That realy is a good job on scratch building.
  23. Damage Photos Two were not that bad 57Chevy and 85 Monte Carlo SS It will be some time before I rebuild these. When the urge hits me to tinker I'll start with the least damaged one and get this mess back together. PS The baby on the floor is a toy just so theres no problems with local officials
