I don,t think anyone was hurt, at least the article didn't say, and thats a good thing. There probably was no warning, the ground just opened up. I think I beleave this same thing happened in Flordia, or maybe I am remebering hearing about the UK incident.

Ok, Here is the body and hood. They are not sanded or polished yet but will get to that soon. The green is not the right color but I think it is close. Also I will try to post images of the engine tomorrow.

Sorry for your loss, your mom is at peace and not suffering anymore.. My Grandpa passed much the same way as the sun was coming up. He was in Hospice for over 2 weeks suffering real bad at the end so when his time came it was a relief.

well lets see, it will get to -10 below, but no snow in the forecast at least not tonight. it was -14 below this morning, but that's Minnesota for ya! it will actually get into the 20's this weekend, shorts weather here.

Welcome, It seems to me that this forum accepts people of all skill leves of model building. I think you have came to the right place.

For me it would be the Internet because I was able to see what otherpeople were doing in the model building world which in turn inspired me to improve my model building skill. I'm not sure that 3D printing will hurt the model industry, because they themselves can (or will) benefit from 3D printing. One thing is they will be able to make parts in better detail.

It's good to see all you married people learning things through your long marrage's, I havn't learned anything yet after 20 years ( on Febuary 25)....

Well I resprayed the primer on the body as it was to dark. I going to do a green on the body, with a flat black hood. It is ready for the color coat. Plus started to do the engine.
