LOL I tried them but they kept falling apart lol.. I think I pushed too hard with the toothpicks. I also think it's because I used aluminum tape. I tried making my own foil. I went to Micheals but in Canada they don't have the metal leaf glue. The lady recommended I use Mod Podge glue and wait for it to get tacky... but it was a fail!

okay cool and this fuel distribution block looks like nothing I made? what happens after does it then it connect to the fuel line to the pump?

Thanks, Here's the photo I referenced. It's a '67 but I had a hard time finding one with a cross boss intake manifold. I see flex lines from the carb going to something. I figured it was a fuel filter. your help is appreciated

Really love the weathering. The stripes are a little too clean. you might want to sponge dab some of the base coat to show weathering through the stripes

You're in Ontario? Well, if you sprayed within the last few days the humidity was through the roof! In T.O. It was like 92%. That would cause the wrinkling. Anyhoo... cant wait to see what you work on next

Sorry to hear. Trust me I know what I set back like this does. It's discouraging and I completely Rage quit when I messed up the paint on my project 4-5 years ago. It's only been recently that I pulled it out of the box to fix it. Now I'm having fun with it. so my advice is work on another project and you'll eventually come back to this.

so i have to covert the html code to BBcode. test 2: So it works but converting is kinda annoying anywho... like i said before is resanded the pits on the top . repainted it, added cleat coat , sanded, clear coat. then added decals which were a pain then another clear coat. sanded with 2000 wet and then an emery board then polished.

Amazing! how did you get the carbon fiber look?

I love this stuff! Oyumaru +Lego= amazing molds and amazing detail. You can do quick and easy 2 part molds. Don't like hoe it turned out... heat up some water and try again. I used to cast with rubber molds and it was messy and 1 bubble ruined everything and soo much waste

That is smart! Im gonna give that a try! I have a lot of oyumaru. i'll do a 2 part mold. the tubes will have to be stronger tho
