How do the tires & wheel fit /attach on these models? Can they be easily adapted to AMT steel axle

The only time my models loose time now is when my real cars are getting my attention

Looks like between the 3 of us we'll have all the details worked out It's a shame that trailer kit is $70

I have 4 of those race car haulers & they have doors on the sides that break the lines up too much I checked out the Moebius kit & I think that's the way to go

Thanks a lot guys! I haven't had the pleasure of using anything from the Moebious line of models but if you guys think it'll be what I need to use then I'll order two cause the one Petty hauler I'm building has very much the same pattern too

A friend on another model forum had kind of a double disaster with a Dodge monster truck recently After finding out he over paid (he had bid against me without letting me know) it rolled off a high shelf landing destroying almost all of it's suspension two weeks ago or so He's getting all the parts to build it back so yes this thread is turning towards "Nice Saves"

2 engines are almost almost completely assembled & painted & I'm slowly plugging away Awaiting some ,more parts to finish the rest of the mechanicals to arrive

Tom thats the most dangerous thing I worry about as I don't glue mine solid so I can clean them or rebody down the road I had some stolen once by kids & was mad for a minute but knew they were putting them together so you can't really call that a disaster

Her own life is catching up with her & the Ex Partee order stays current At one time I welcomed harm upon her as she destroyed other things that were dear in my life too My life has changed & I feel like she needs help Other than that it's just been the disrespectful people who just reach & grab,parents who can't control their kids with paint reaction or Joyriding ( when it rolls off that shelf or TV that has nothing to stop it) thrown in No one cares for your models like you do except another like you who is as anal as you are about their own I learned this with my very first model car

The Fluidampner for my B1 was propping the door open & I started to pick it up & go to work on those feet & hands but figured it would be no use Should have though as she went on to stalk not just me but my oldest daughter & first wife too

Gordon, I want to build that one too Greg sent me two frames & suspensions & I decided to do the twin axle first the other frame is still on the table with the mockup cab sitting there saying "lets go ahead & get the frame done & the front axle moved" I'll get tired for a minute on the Darts & snatch that frame up & fit the cab to it & move the rear axle too

You & I are thinking a lot alike

The # was over 3,000 & had a list of sealed from the 50's to the 90's in multiples mostly They were collected from old hobby shops & flea markets all over the country My wife & girls know how much the ones I have collected up how much they mean to me & share in some building sometimes They buy them for me for birthdays,Father's day's & Xmas & are not jealous of the time I spend building them In the long run though if that was the price to pay for the happiness that I have now then so be it I can't buy as many as fast as I used to & that's probably best

scale trucker sent me a package today that covered the rear suspension/axles & a complete cab Thanks!!

In a well needed breakup with a girlfriend I moved out of my own place in my moving I returned to find burn piles in the yard that had a 33 year collection of models & 39 years of almost every car magazine ever printed in them The cops wouldn't do anything & I almost got a trip to jail over my cars That was 10 years ago

I received a neat package from scale trucker today

I've brought them to work with me here at the lake. So I'll get more done

I have cut the blocks out & lowered the front some more by notching the cross member some more It'll get the edges sanded & blended in

And car #2 has front tires & wheels mounted Since it's going to be a automatic car I'm cutting the 440/A/T block open where the heads go on & make a Hemi out of it car #3 will be 440 4 speed with a Dana 60 also which will be the original Hemi/4 speed with 440 heads & intake I will probably build them both tonight
