  1. Good looking mods on this, I like the grill treatment and the in the weeds look.
  2. Built this about four year ago, nothing fancy just a plain Jane kinda build. While waiting on some paint for the Under Slung I figured it's time to do a make over. Just getting started, sorting out parts and cleaning up for new paint. I really like these new wheels from Pegasus. Got it just a bit lower in the rears. Not sure about colors yet, but it will be weathered and worn. Thanks for looking....
  3. Well done, it was an amazing car.

Thanks guys, I took a close look last night and the is no way the rears are coming off without breaking something. So they will stay until I gain the confidence to paint the white walls on!

The grill is from the 37 Ford Truck, I ground the back off and shortened it. If you look closely you can see a pin stripe bunny on the radi!
  6. Makes me wanta run down to the A&W! Lots of engine detail. I like it, great colors, interior and the tail lights are well done as well.
  7. Thanks Del, that was part of the plan. There sure are a lot of 32's out there!

Thanks guys. The paint is Inca Gold and several coats of clear. I made half barrel hinges using the molded in door hinges, took alot of careful cutting! The rear wheels are from one of the dragster kits, I think. Again, thanks for the interest.

I think the problem are the OG brake drums. It would be easy to put the first wheels back on without the drums!
  11. I built this a couple years ago but was never really satisfied with the front wheels. Sooooooooooo... I found these in the parts box today. Better? Link to more pictures, http://s176.photobucket.com/user/fredjames_2007/library/32%20Nugget?sort=3&page=1
  12. I have seen the little Olds before, pretty neat car. It's been cold and rainy today so I managed to get a few details sorted out...
  13. Looks amazing Doc, but it's pretty bad when the shiniest part of you vehicle is the engine!
  14. Thank you all.
  15. I've been doing a little paint and assembly on this one. The engine is from the AMT Catalina with a blower from the Tony Nancy kit with Alclad Magnesium and a touch of pale exhaust, it will have the long scoop eventually. Exhaust manifolds are from a MT Challanger. The interior is coming along also. Still have quite a few things to add but it is getting there. Thanks for looking.
  16. Well done Paul. Looks good. Are those the new Pegasus wheels?
  17. Thank you all for your comments.

  19. Stunning and Stunning! Well done John, well done.
  20. Great imagination Doc! I like it and thanks for the shot from behind so we can see how you closed in the cab. Those (cap) fenders look good also. Are ya gonna add a big old brush bar up front?
