  10. After quite a bit of fiddling and shimming, everything appears lever and sorta straight. Now I have to enlarge the radius of the front fender openings.
  11. However "making do" isn't so straightforward. It was a challenge to make the wheels tuck under the body. It took a few hub designs and some carving on the frame. Adding Meng nuts to the rear wheels
  12. You are right Patrick. However I am in poor condition financially right now and I am "making do" as they say. Or, in other words, use watcha got.?
  13. A pefect example of the vagaries of old age. I couldn't figure out for the life of me why the exhaust overbend didn't line up with the rear axle and that the driveshaft was too short. Then I clued in.... I had lenghtened the frame. Sheesh.
  14. Added fuel and vacuum lines. My really thin copper tubing (transformer wire) seems to have disapeared so the vacuum line is out of scale.
  15. I think we are approaching a level stance, however, The real answer won't come until the wheels are on. I can make a set with an assortment of resin wheels and some tires from a monogram classic which are the right size.
