  1. Beautiful conversion! Colours are great! What's not to like?
  2. How did I miss this? It's gorgeous! You nailed it in every way.
  3. Put a smile on my face Ray!
  4. Thank you Bob! Been in very low condition rececntly, but try to peek in periodically to pick up my spirits. Love seeing what you fellas are building and a few new re-releases , which gets me a bit more motivated to be able to getting better. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.
  5. I had this kit when it had the gold "chrome". That feature caused me to stall on the build, but I always wanted to see it on the shelves again, as it really appealled to me in 24th scale, with the trailer. For anyone wanting a nicely done T bucket, I would highly recommend this kit.
  6. Tulio, your builds are always so well done, and this '36 is gorgeous! My only critisism is the "hockey pucks" on the underside of the running boards...otherwise it's a lovely model!
  7. How much did pirates pay for corn? About a buck an ear.
  8. What did the baby chicken say when it's mother layed an orange? "Look at the orange marmalade! "
  9. Really am liking the ultra small rear window! Just screams "HOT ROD" !
  10. Super clean and sharp Merc. Nicely done!!
  11. Thanks for your imput fellas. Unfortunately, I've been hospitalized for several weeks and am very slowly trying to get back to just getting by. I haven't been in the shop since I got home. But great to see some of your work in my absence! Just thought I'd have a quick peek in to see if the model finishing "little people" had finished the modified....haha.
  12. Very nicely done!
  13. Great paint work and fabulous colour! I like the reflection of the tools on the deck.....super shiny!
  14. Looks pretty darn good for being model #1!
  15. Great models, guys!
  16. Looks like you achieved your initial goal Bernard. That is one sweet hot rod! Congratulations!
  17. Back in the early sixties, a fellow in a local car club (Roamers....Guelph Ont.) brought a model T in from somewhere up north. It was meant to be original. I was under the impression it was a '25. It had the brown wool seats as Art descibed, but it also had a "bud vase" on each side to put small flowers in to keep a fresh smell inside the car. They were located on the rear of the door pillars. First time I had ever seen that. Would they be an aftermarket add-on? BTW..... the car turned out beautiful. Full fendered ..tall top ..and a small block Chevy. Back then, it was one of the coolest rods in town.
  18. Your work is inspiring Harry!
  19. Is THAT street legal? First aliens... now this? haha
  20. Well, just the last thing I need....got an aneurysm in my right eye, behind the retina! So it feels just like before my cataract surgery. I'm led to believe that it will clear up, much like a bruise...eventually. Bottom line, I can't focus properly on small items, let alone paint. So until there's an improvement, I'll just watch you guys do your magic. But, "I'll be back!"
