That does make sense.I was thinking about that too.They do drive the cars up on the block,I think,then quickly turn them off.Then push them to the area off stage once they are sold,or about to sell.Then It looks like they start the car,and very quickly drive it out of the tent.I like Mecum too,but there are way too many cars with reserves,unlike Barrett Jackson.Barrett does have a few incredible cars with a reserve,but it's pretty rare.I know some guys get annoyed by the high prices of some of the cars..I just enjoy seeing the different cars that both Barrett and Mecum have up for auction.Maybe one day,I'll buy one.

I have seen around 2,or 3 issues at a local Barnes and Noble in the last year.I bought them both.But really,who needs a "paper" magazine,when we have got this great website.Don't get me wrong,I really do like magazines,but in this case,you have to admit that this forum is much better any model magazine.

Wow,some really nice police cars.Well My Crown Vic coming along.However while a myself and a friend of,were trying to hook up an oil pressure gauge,.Well we shorted out something with the copper tubing I was using.We were attempting to pass the tubing through a small hole in the fire wall.My friend says he believes we just hit something with the tube.Well the car died.Then it started.But no lights.Except my interior light,that would not go off.After that,the car would not go into gear.,Until we found a small button just under the steering colum,that if u press it with a screw driver or something sharp,it allows the car to change gears.I have no clue what that's for.If it's only on the police interceptor.Anyway,I'm just gonna change a bunch of fuses,and hope.Oh and the E brake is stuck.Hmmmm.I don't know why I can't display my pics on this site.I just gave up.But I do have a pretty big,all scale police car collection,models,diecast,JL,etc.I just always liked police cars.Just not behind me.I know that this subject is about people's model police cars.I Just don't know why in can't post any of my pics right now...Im working on it.It happens time to time.

So are you suggesting a vending machine with model car parts sold in the little bubbles?Not a bad idea.Im from Long Island,so I know about how many machines there are.They are all over the place..But what they should also have is where you make it when you have to clamp onto a stuffed animal,and drop it into the slot to win it.But instead of stuffed animals,use model kits.

Well I got the tail lights,their stock,but they just have the black bottom trim,and not the chrome,which is on my car.I also got the head lights today..They have just a very light tint to them..I just have to wait for the small black trim under the trunk.Give it that Marauder look a little.But I still need to get all the electronics worked out.Im probably going to check all the fuses.Will see what happens....And the lights are not as dark in person.The picture of the lights is not too good..

Welp I'm still dealing with some electrical issues,but we are getting it all straightened out.And all because I wanted to hook up an oil pressure gauge.But I still have to say though,that this is one of the fastest cars I've ever driven.Its an absolute blast.????

Yup,what a stupid design most cars heater core locations are.Is that a sentence?Anyway,what a mess,but I got to say,my buddy did a good job.

Oh yea,I really like them.I'am definitely a flat or matte black paint job guy.It has a sinister look.I just bought a fully black Crown Vic,un marked police car.I mean it is gloss,but it's black,which is not even a color,but yet a shade,I was told?,and it looks good on almost all cars,etc.Hence,the "Murder" look,or whatever you want to call it.Nice work.
