I just received my pension payout recently, and I have buying 1/18th diecast cars left and right.I promised myself that I wasn't going to buy that many..But now that went out the window.Like I said,I've been buying and betting on so many..90% of the cars are Mopars,and some pretty rare ones too.A few Chevy,and an F40 Ferrari.A Jeep.A 79,I think,Z28.The silver Z28 in the movie,Fast Times at Ridgemont High.Great car,one of my favorites...Anyway Ive also recently bought a 69 Hemi Dart,along with a triple black 69 Dart,a dark green71,Dart.And finally tonight,a green 71 340 Duster.Now I have to stop....That's it..

Oh man,every time I would paint anything (model related)in my house growing up,I would always hear my parents yell up stairs,"Are you painting again,after we told you a million times not to paint in the house?"I would lie and try to get away with it,but more often,I just had to stop painting.I sure did use a lot of Lysol growing up.Lol The magic cure..

I have long termed stored a lot of different plastic models in my life,both as a kid,and now as an adult.And upon opening them,I have NEVER had this kind of issue with things warping,or melting,etc.It could just be possible that the kits are not being stored in a enough of a cool,dry,dark environment.I don't know,I never gave it much thought until reading this post.Very interesting however.Hmmmm

I don't know,the HL near me just opened about a year ago.I have yet to see anything on discount,not just models.I asked about a discount section,and the worker looked at me like I had snakes crawling out of my eyes.I've decided to simply boycott the store.Theres another HL that just opened about 2 months ago.I haven't been there yet to see about a clearance section.I may take a look.But I think more than likely,I'm going to wind up just boycotting them as well.Again,I'll stick to my LHS.Help the little guy,that's my thought.??????????????

This is true.What amazes me,is how his motorcycles had such a small amount of suspension travel back in his days.Actually really none at all,compared to today's bikes.Im sure his landings would have been much better with more suspension on them.
