Well yea, there is a lot of prepping/sanding,etc before painting the bodies.Again they are 3D printed. However they come in two types of material. But the "frosted, smooth" material is pretty expensive. So I just buy the other type. Then I sand and I sand......But as I said, I just think their pro mod bodies are really nice. The rougher cheaper material cars go for around $50-$60,depending on the body, and the scale. While the "good white frosted material" ones can cost a couple of hundred dollars. And I ain't shelling out no $200 for a model..Just check them out,Shapeways.com.Great stuff.
