  2. With pending re-release of the Aoshima Road Warrior interceptor, is any one going to do castings of the conversion parts to back date it to the 1st Mad Max version??

  5. I will build it stock except I am going to have a go at scratch building the flat bed to match the one I drove in the 50s
  6. I have been looking for one of these for ages, but they go too high for me on e-bay. Got this one from a chap in New Zealand for a good price. Also got this to go with another glue bomb I have, I now have enough parts to complete one.
  7. The dimples are where to drill the holes for the headlight wires if you intend to include this detail, you also drill a hole in the bottom of the headlight.
  8. Italeri Opel Blitz, this is the 1st truck I have built, it's a very nice kit, goes together easy. the finished chassis waiting for the body The tank is almost done I have a bit to do on the body, like cut the bonnet/hood from the body so it will be removable to show the engine. more later.

  12. Gotta get me one of those when they come out, love FEDs, not much into rear engins though.
  13. There is a transkit available for a 36 phaeton and the bloke that casts the trucks that goes to Ballarat does a 35 ute, but seems reluctant to sell them. I have sent him 4 emails no reply.
  14. Went to the local IPMS swap meet yesterday,I managed to snag 3 nice kits. AMT 53 pickup, Galaxie 1948 Aerosedan and a Italia Opel Blitz firetruck.

  17. Mainly pre WW2, but if I like a later model I'll build it.
  18. Mine is the dragster I built and raced in early 60s. The youthful young driver is me aged 20.
  19. I see Sacramento Vintage Ford even sell steel repros of the australian 33/34 Ford roadster ute.

    Some pics of what I build to have a spell from building stock 32s 23 T from the double kit stock 34 pick-up Mercury Gougar......oops forgot to close the hood 23 T drag coupe also from the double kit + some parts from my parts box
  25. It's been a while since I started on the stock 32 Ford builds. I have finished some and am still working on others here are the ones I have finished. Deluxe Phaeton with 2 sidemounts. Vicky 5 window coupe Sorry about the bad photos. At the moment I am working a Fordor sedan, B400, Sport coupe and 2 door Phaeton More as I finish them.
