  1. Bernie is still kind of the devil on loose. I agree, this little p**ck having total control of F1 is ruining the sport. He's that money hungry he doesn't give a stuff about the manufactures or drivers as long as he gets his money for TV rights & sanction fees. The motor sport controlling body should tell him to F**k off.
  2. I just received this from Hendrix Resin, very clean casting with fine detail. It uses the AMT 36 coupe for a donor, so I'll have to get onto ebay. I'll probably do it red like the one from Ron's ebay pic. This is what comes in the transkit. I will post pics of the progress once I get a donor kit.
  3. Been working on this for a while now. The body is by Jimmy Flintstone (very clean casting) The donor kit is the Dick Tracy 36 coupe. The engine is a Thunderbird from my parts box & the wheels & tyres are from the AMT 32 Ford Phaeton. I still have to polish it & do the interior, which I will probably paint Tamiya Desert Yellow.
  4. Hendrix resin make a 53 Ford 4 door body that uses the Linberberg 53 as a donor kit.
  5. I always lock at least one wheel on mine now after having a couple of disasters with finished cars rolling of the shelf.
  6. I have to agree here, although the detail on the bodies is good. He should use Polyurethane resin instead of fibreglass resin.
  7. More information or pics needed
  8. Spot on Cal
  9. It's a 1/16 kit by Minicraft. I bought it at my LHS, but they do come up on ebay regularly.
  10. Please let me know if they work.
  11. The Parts Box make them in resin. http://www.thepartsbox.com/ They are listed under exterior/accessories. Theyr'e stuff is very well done, nice clean castings.
  12. Sorry guys, it works my end. I will see if I can fix it.......Frank
  13. This is another one I put together this week. Very nice kit to build, no fitting problems goes together very well. Thanks for looking........Frank

I just finished this old Daimler-Benz. First for 2008. I put this together to have a spell from more complicated builds. It is a very easy old kit to build. I have had it in my to do list for years.
  16. I'd like to see revell do a 32 Ford B400 and a 32 Ford Woody.
  17. I'm going with large scale model.
  18. Here's my daily driver. A bone stock 1984 Mitsubishi Scorpion, I think they are called Chrysler Sopporo in the U.S. Great little car that handles like a sports car.
  19. What's the chances on a tutorial on how you did it?
  20. G'day Uncle Mike, got any pics of your Tudor tub sounds interesting.
  21. It's been a while since I posted an update. I was trying to find someone to do a resin mold of it, no one was interested Here is what I am up to so far, the body & fenders have been painted Tamiya Maroon & Black. While I am waiting for the paint to harden I am working on the interior & chassis. More pics soon..........Frank
  22. This is the only T I have finished at the moment, it is built box stock except for the colour. I also have a Jimmy flintstone chopped centre door to build once I get a donor chassis.

    Bugatti Royale

Hi Rex, it is the Italeri 1/25 kit.............Frank

    32 Chrysler

This an AMT kit. It is not an easy kit to build(fit problems), but with perseverence it can be made into a nice model. This is not a good model, I think I could have done better. Colour is Gunze orange-yellow. A blurry shot of the engine. Oops just noticed I forgot the top radiator hose. I enjoy building these old classics.....Frank
  25. This is the Testors Bugatti Royale. Not a bad kit to build considering it is a multi piece body. It also comes with the top of the hood as part of the cowl and the sides of the hood as part of the sides of the body, which means although it has a very nice engine it cannot be seen. I altered mine by cutting the top of the hood away from the cowl and the sides from the body so the engine could be displayed. I glued the into a single unit that can be lifted off. Sorry about the photo quality, not used to my new camera yet...........Frank
