  1. Built stock oob, except for the wheels. Color is Tamiya "dark blue" (TS 55).
  2. Great job, Thomas! Sharp looking bird, ready to fly ... Ludwig
  3. Thanks Mike for this Information!
  4. Great job, man! You demonstrate the potential of a snap-kit in the hands of a skilled builder! Ludwig
  5. I used Tamiya TS 29 semigloss black and sprayed one or two light coats only so that the "structure" of the seat covers still can be seen. Ludwig
  6. Thank You very much !!
  7. Thank You guys, I appreciate Your comments! Some additional photos, taken this morning by daylight:
  8. Mr. Norm's 1968 Dodge Dart GSS - a Revell-kit from the year 2000, which I built straight oob. I know that back in the day on the real car the battery was transferred to the trunk in order to install the big 440 ci Magnum V8 in the engine bay. The original car also featured steel wheels with dogdish-hubcaps and a master brake-cylinder without booster.
  9. Hello Peter, that is one beauty! Great looking bird with flawless paint in that classy black and red combo. Regards Ludwig
  10. Thank You for Your comments! Bruce: Thank You very much, I fixed it already, now it looks much better!
  11. Hi Thomas, that's one nice Camaro! Clean build, great color "bad to the bone".... Best regards Ludwig
  12. Thank You, guys!
  13. Thank You, guys. It is nice to see that You like the color combo I chose as much as I personally do. Best regards Ludwig
  14. Color of this 67 Impala is "Butternut Yellow" which was officially available back in the day. I am not sure, if a two tone interior was available, but I simply build it this way.
  15. Before starting off with my first build for 2019 I want to show You some photos of this 1961 Ford Galaxie (AMT-kit) that I built about ten years ago. I put on a set of chromed "smoothie" wheels with white wall tires. The interior was created close to my 1:1 62 Galaxie 500. My 1962 Ford Galaxie 500 4dr ht
  16. Thank You very much!!! @ Monty: Color of the 65 Lincoln Continental is Tamiya TS 51 (Racing blue met.). The front wheels of the 70 Impala were made posable by bending the front axle a little bit, which is usually a piece of wire on these old AMT-Kits. Best regards and a happy new Year to everyone Ludwig
  17. Thank You, guys!

  19. My last one for 2018. The black decals for the hood did not fit well to the hood, despite a treatment with decal soft, so I did not use them.
  20. Thank You very much for Your kind comments! The paint I used is "Pearl Red" (Tamiya Can) polished with Meguiars Car wax. I did not apply a clear coat after that. Best regards Ludwig
  21. Thank you, guys! JC: Yes, please send me the link! Mark: the "tank" is the power steering oil reservoir, which may be little bit oversized in this Trumpeter kit. But they used to look this way, back in the day. I have got the same thing in my 1962 Ford Galaxie 500. Ludwig
