  1. Thanks everbody! The dashboard ist paint detailled.
  2. Thanks erverbody! Yes, the wheels came as one of two sets of wheels with the kit. Best regards and a happy New Year ! Ludwig
  3. This is one of my older builds, built around 2010. It does'nt quite match my actual skills in painting, so you will probably notice some orange peel on the trunk deck lid. Sprayed it with heavy enamel paint then...I think, the proud owner couple "has moved" from a 1959 Ford Galaxie retractable hardtop kit .
  4. Thank You guys for Your positive comments on my 69 Nova. Color is Tamiya's TS-54 "metallic blue" (rattle can) which comes indeed very close to original Color specifications which were very popular für 1969 Chevrolets (like "Lemans blue"). I will have to take more photos from the interior, chassis and from the enginee bay. To be continued ... Best regards Ludwig
  5. 1947 Chevrolet 1957 Ford Del Rio Ranch Wagon Insert image from URL 1966 Buick Riviera 1968 Dodge Charger R/T 1969 Chevy Corvair 1969 Yenko Nova ... and also part of my 2017 "production" a 1956 Foose Pick Up and a 1966 Chevrolet El Camino (I know they belong to another section in this forum...)
  6. Hi Janne, nice color combo. By the way, this is my Version of the bird.... Greetings from Germany, Ludwig
  7. I used the custom wheels on this kit and gave it a fancy color with this metallic green (Tamiya). After having taken the photos, I realilzed that I had forgotten to glue on the door handles. So it has got now this "clean" look on the doors ...
  8. I built this recently issued kit by Revell, but I thought that not only black - as the original pick up truck - would be a great color to look good on this sweet ride. So I sprayed the body in bright orange by Tamiya along with pearl clear, also by Tamiya.
  9. Thanks for Your comments. Yes it is the Trumpeter kit released in 2003. I have already read about the incorrect dimensions of the body, especially in the rear window section etc. but I am not sure that my skills are good enough to take the body apart and do the work, Trumpeter should have done... so I will try my very best converning engine and interior detailing along with a good paint job.
  10. Thank You guys for all You positive comments on by 68 Charger and the family photo. Yes Bill, it seems that we had the same thoughts in mind, when building the 67 Charger
  11. The "Dodge boys": 67 Charger, 68 Charger and 69 Charger:
  12. Thank You, guys! Good to hear that You appreciate the White/red Color combo as well as I do... The kit is from Revell/Germany (# 07188). Paint of the body is Tamiya "pure white" (rattle can), the interior was air brushed with Revell semi gloss red (enamel color). best regards Ludwig
  13. No, not another black 68 Charger..... I choose white exterior color and a red interior with matching bumble bee stripes and black steelies with dog dish caps and a set of redlines... wanted to give it a clean look
  14. Thank You very much, guys! Chris: I mixed the color from aluminum and green with a gloss top coat to meet original specifications.
  15. This is a kit, I started at least 15 years ago. Since I spoiled the windshield with cement, I stopped building the Buick then. Since I found another windshield from the same kit some months ago, I finally could finish this model which is one of the better ones of AMT.
  16. Tom: the gauges are kit supplied decals.
  17. Hi David, I always use BMF new improved chrome.
  18. Update 3-3-2017: Meanwhile the engine has been installed on the chassis.
  19. Yes, David, You can choose between between the stock carb or a three single Stromberg carburetor set-up.
  20. Update: 2-28-2017 Chevy's "stovebolt six":
