The weathering on the body looks really convincing. Not to dogpile but the interior could use a little wear to help balance things out. Maybe some strips of bmf on the seats to replicate duct tape repairs and a little dirt rubbed into the pattern of the seats. Looks good.
I agree wholeheartedly on that. It can be very beneficial to put down a project that has been giving you fits for a later date. A little time and maybe some new techniques learned can make things come together. Keep it up ,the color combo looks great.
That is one great looking Bee,that would look right at home in the next issue of Popular Hot Rodding. Love the paint and wheels together, and the side scoops are brilliant.
I left the kit pieces chrome and painted on a few coats of Tamiya clear red. I like the idea about putting a wash on the wheels to darken them a bit-thanks for that.
