  1. If you don't build this one I will! lol Awesome rendering.
  2. That color scheme looks tasty as all get out. Makes my mouth water for some jolly ranchers.
  3. Not much help from me either-I usually paint those too. Saves a lot of hassle.
  4. Built from the Monogram kit. I used the engine from a current Nascar kit-SB2 I think. I also used the big aluminum radiator from the same kit. As far as the interior goes I scratch-built the 4pt cage. The front seats are from the Callaway Corvette kit with resin 6x9 speakers in the rear deck. Chassis mods include perimeter frame rails added and exhaust from aluminum tubing and kit mufflers. The paint is Duplicolor Pewter. Wheels are the kit Centerlines that I would change out to something else if they weren't glued on so well. I think the car would look better with dark colored wheels instead. Oh well. Thanks for looking.
  5. That is one crazy interior-I love it! Keep up the good work.
  6. Great job on that one. Did you run into any building issues with the kit itself?
  7. That's a great treatment for a seldom seen car. Really nice work as usual Mark.
  8. That is shaping up real nice. That's the kind of model I like-a car I would want to drive in real life. Keep it up.
  9. Very tasty build-clean work.
  10. That's a lot of detail packed into one model. Whats the story on the trunk lid? Is that for the fill tube on the fuel cell?

That looks like it will get up and scoot! How about some engine shots?
  12. That's a great looking build-love the paint on that one.
  13. Wow that's one wild ride! Really nice work.
  14. Wow- I would be happy to own either one! Nice work.
  15. Thanks for the kind words fellas. I guess I need to do a little more homework next time when it comes to reference material.
  16. No that's all stock.
  17. Those windows are fixed? I thought they rolled down like the 70 Chevelles.
  18. Built almost box stock. Wheels and tires are from the new 32 Ford kit and paint is Dupli-color Champagne. Looks like I lost a mirror. lol Oh well thanks for looking.
  19. That's a big project for sure but it's worth it for nostalgia sake. I have a 71 Satellite from my youth with the body in 3 pieces that I am debating giving a rebuild as well. This thread and your work in it makes me want to get started.
  20. You are doing some fantastic work!
  21. That looks perfect. If you run out of room I have a spot for it in my display case.
  22. I like it-the red and black go great together. The seat pattern is a nice touch as well.
  23. That is toooo tasty! Great looking build.
  24. That is looking real good so far. That concept is one of my favorites out of all of his drawings. You planning on making a driver figure too?
  25. Thanks for posting. That is some good weathering reference for me for sure. Modeling that yellow plastic under the missing paint on the bumper is a good touch. I replicated it on a past build.
