  1. Man, I feel your pain and frustration. So much hard work and now you have to do the bowsprit again. Deep breaths, find that calm place and start again.
  2. No hard feelings. We are all here because we share a common interest. Sarcasm and humour can often be misinterpreted and I obviously misinterpreted your post. No harm, no foul. Once again, welcome and happy modelling.
  3. Good one Joe, but I think I've finally figured out how Tim, Dave and Chris have got all of us fooled. These guys have totally mastered the art of photoshop. They are taking full size items and photoshopping them with other images to create the perfect illusion of miniscule scale engineering. On a more serious note, this is other level engineering. I showed this to a toolmaker friend of mine and he was gobsmacked. Claimed that in his 30 + years in the trade, he has never seen micro machining as good as this. Amazing work as always Tim, truly inspiring.
  4. Don't be so sure about that. Some of us have to save every month so that we can get 1 or 2 new kits for the year. Being at the Southern end of Africa makes online shopping very expensive due to crazy shipping charges and good hobby stores are very scarce and not particularly cheap. However, We persevere and build what we can.
  5. Looking really good.
  6. Not very difficult, but a little surprised by what it actually is. Not what I originally thought.
  7. For something you put together in a weekend, that looks great. Very good work Charles.
  8. Hopefully sitting somewhere waiting to be discovered. Nice work.

  20. Beautiful work Jonathan. Reminds me of the Maserati Kyalami from 1976, only with 4 doors.
