    I seen 'em with my own eyes ( Le Mans stripes, the BIG ones ) when we'd go look at the Cobra and Shelby's at Pueblo Ford in Tucson (mid sixty's) painted steel station wagon wheels too, no mags, Greg Kolasa talks about it in his new book, "Shelby Mustang Guide 1965-1970"

    yes indeed. Something like this they were availabl in most of the older (original) Revell Tri-Five kits.

    That's the neat thing about building models, as long as you have the details right you can call it anything you like. 527 ?

    Those are Holley Dominator carbs, don't get much bigger than that. Remember old hot rod adage : " If'n somes good, mores' better, an' Too much, is just about right."
