Restoring a 61 Ranchero screw bottom and needing bumpers and remembered I have a severely warped promo with all nice chrome, will those parts interchange. I am away from home so I can not look at the two.

Restoring a original screw bottom and missing the rear bumper and tail lights, the bumper is more important then the lights.

The radio has been repaired,it let the smoke out about 20 years ago and recently had it repaired. The Bluetooth adapter plugs in the phono jack and can be used on any old radio with that function.

Yes the Crosley radio still works and have it to where it has a Bluetooth adapter,I finally found someone who can repair those old tube radios as it had quit working many years ago.

Ordering From Overseas Still?
junkyardjeff replied to oldcarfan's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I have no desire to buy anything from those countries at this time,I will do my best to find locally or in the states. I have enough in my stash to keep me busy for years so it should not effect me. -

Not sure on the rims as I think chrome reverse might be better. -

I am going to see if I can find those AMT wheels, not really wanting to buy a kit if I do not have to. -

Rebuilding a 60s AMT 34 Ford pickup that has a chopped top and is just screaming for chrome rims but I do not have four that matches that are for metal axles. What kit would have a set that can be used. -

Making some progress, since the hood is glued to the cab and grille shell it's getting a stock engine I would probably never use in a normal build -

I would like to have been able to do something with the body so I could make it look better but my hands were tied on this project. It's kind of crude but I kind of like it.

AMT 50 Ford convertible engine

Found a unopened 50 kit locally. -
Fresh out of the attic where it's been since the late 70s,not sure what I am going to do with it and depends if I can get it apart without breaking anything. Two piece tires will definitely be going in the trash and looks like it's been repainted at least once.

AMT 50 Ford convertible engine
junkyardjeff replied to junkyardjeff's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
The 49 the engine will be going in is a original 60s kit so it does not need to be the newer version.
