I found two unbuilt FEs on eBay and have them on the way,one is from the newer 69 Galaxie kit and the other is from a Mobius 72 F350 so I should be getting what I need. I was looking at the engine that was in the 69 I got and it's a FE with cammer valve covers and all the valve covers I have are for a 65 or 66,with the Mobius engine I get a truck 4 speed for a future truck project and I have one in mind .

it has no chassis but a 57 Thunderbird has the same wheel base.

This was in the bunch of parts the green one was so I am going to see what I can do with it

A guy at work gave me a started 69 Galaxie kit that I will be painting in the same color as the one I bought slightly wrecked back in 79 for the 390 to put in my 65,that got me thinking to get a 65 to build just like the 65 I had back then. The 69 does not have a stock engine so what kits would have a 390 would have the stock 69 valve covers and possibly air cleaner. I paid a whopping 35 dollars for that 10 year old 69 and miss those days.

A few years ago I picked up a couple sets of resin 8 lugs rims but can not remember where I got them,I think it was from Scenes Unlimited but the company that took over does not have them now so anyone know of a source. I am planning on a 3/4 ton conversion on a AMT 53 F 100 and need another set,do not want to buy a Mobius F 250 since I would rather build it then use that kit for parts.

Working on the suspension and going to use a Y block from the Revell 57 Ranchero,hood does not open so there will be nothing on the top of the engine.

I am going to be building some parts I need to get accurate for 1/25 scale and was wondering if rulers are made for the model scales.
