  11. Here is another one I finished about 2yrs.I started a WIP thread on this one awhile back, but I could not find it.I used the Revell 69 Yenko kit.The standard SS hood is from the old 69 MPC Camaro kit.The paint is Testors fathom green lacquer and the clear is Testors wet look .The stripes and emblems came from the Revell 69 Camaro SS convertible kit decal sheet. The wheels and tires are the Revell 69 COPO Nova kit.The tire decals are from my decal stash. The engine was wired and detailed.i painted the heads krylon aluminum as i wanted to do RPO L-89 optioned aluminum headed Camaro.i made a alternator bracket. The interior has Model Car Garage photoetched buckles, masking tape seat belts and i used embossing powder for the carpet.thanks for looking.

  15. I haven't posted here in a long time.i finished this vette up well over a year ago.its the revel 2n1 kit built box stock.the color is Testors Honduras Maroon lacquer and the clear isTestors Wet Look lacquer polished out.the engine was paint detailed using various colors of testors metalizers.it almost fell together as with all of the newer revell kits.thanks for looking.
  16. You are tempting me to start on mine lol.i was thinking about going with a tan interior too.i'm looking forward to seeing it come together.
  17. Thanks for the tip on the tailgate steve.i'm going with black too just like the original box art when i start working on it.do you plan detail it a bit? i'm not sure which way to go with mine as the original kit exhaust/mufflers are pretty brittle on my kit.i wanted to build it box stock, but I might detail it a bit since i'm gonna have replace the exhaust anyway since its all damaged and too far gone to use.what color are you gonna do the interior?
  18. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress on your warlock steve.I had this kit when I was kid too.i picked an original MPC Warlock several years ago that somebody started on that was missing the chassis.all of the 4WD parts were there.i picked up a reissued Lil Red Express kit for several parts I needed for my warlock.i never knew billy goochie made repo decals for that kit.i will definitely have to get a set of those for mine. I've seen factory warlocks that were black, orange, red and green.keep the progress pics coming
  19. very nice work bryan.I love the stance on it.its good to see you building again.
  20. both F1s look killer, but I really like the 51.where did you get the Sanford and Son decals?
  21. all 5 models look great.do you have any info or a web address for the decals used on the 67 coronet?
  22. It looks like the original color of the car is solid bright red.ive seen many people paint the model candy or metalflake red.which is correct?
