  1. Ahhh, humour! More importantly, they're NOT rubber!
  2. Well, perhaps, Harry. But that's what they thought about driver licensing . . . and then driver education . . . and then international symbol signage . . .
  3. Driverless cars? Bad enough that we have mindless drivers.
  4. Signing the back of the card is the best way to provide a forger (amateur or pro) with an exemplar of your signature. That's all they need; they'll take it from there. I've never signed the back of a card. Rarely encounter any difficulty due to it. And since I'm an American, a U.S. citizen, I write checks (but only occasionally).
  5. Lousy pictures borrowed from the internet, but you can get the idea of how the rotating stand looked. That's it in the background of the first pic. "In use" in the second pic. Thank you to whomever's pix these are.
  6. Very gnarly nice.
  7. Re: Dave Van's comment . . . Great! Just what my budget needs! Another hot new Moebius kit to buy . . .
  8. Sweet!!

    1966 GTO

    Most excellent.
  10. Depending on the year being modeled, the caps were either unvented ~ no holes ~ ('75 to early '76) or vented (mid '76 through the '80s) with the 18 holes.
  11. Who else builds up all the internal bits of a clutch???? Wow, John!!!! And that frame looks great . . . can't wait too see that mill all dressed out!
  12. Clever way of masking the roof/windshield damage, Bruce. Good show!
  13. Sweet!
  14. Nice.
  15. Was your buddy's dream car supposed to be pigeon-toed, too? Seriously, you should slap his license plate on it and foil it. You'll be surprised the huge difference those two little steps will make! Keep on keepin' on. As one guy on the board says, every model is practice for the next one.
  16. Nice. I've seen some 1:1s running around here with beds that look like that.
  17. You betcha, don'tcha know, there? With slo-mo wood chipper scene, right?
  18. Plumbing and wiring . . . and springs, too? Jeeeeeez . . . talk about upping the ante! Just you wait . . .
  19. I've stopped using Testors Enamels entirely. Just not worth the hassle. With Tamiya and One Coat lacquers, and automotive lacquers or acrylics, I just don't need any enamels. Period.
