  1. Thanks Brian. I’m wanting to get my 1/48 trucks done while I’m doing it I don’t mind sharing them with you guys. I’ve wanted a O Scale layout for years I guess I’m filling a bucket list. Thanks again and you do some fantastic work yourself.
  2. Thanks Brian. I’m just running out of room for 1/25 and after about 35yrs of building them I’m getting burned out on them.

  4. Thanks. There better than 1/87 HO I use to work in. I had to move up to 1/48 O scale due to my eyes and arthritis.
  5. I started this build about 5yrs ago put it a side. The truck is a Revell White 3000 I stretch the frame and added two fuel tanks from the honest John kit. The engine came out of a corgi Ford H. I got some more parts from Don Mills last week going try to finish this have to install the radiator which was in the back of the cab instead of the front got a few ideas how to do this.

  7. This my 1/48 Mack B75 with wide radiator the truck start out as a corgi B61 I used a Don Mills B73 Mack radiator to make this B75. Other components of his were used was Radiator guard, Fuel tanks, Stack, Wheels, Tires, Air Cleaner, Bulldog, Fifth Wheel and Mirrors.
  8. This is a Dans Models Mack H I rebuilt and added Don Mills wheels and rear tires and a HO locomotive air horn
  9. Not much work this evening painted the wheels going to let them dry good before detailing them

  11. Think I’m going to stop here tonight. Repainted the interior and fix the windshield frame and chromed it
  12. Here’s another one I started a couple years ago it was already built and Painted I didn’t feel like soaking it out so I painted it an old Testors Boyd purple that I have had probably for 25 years or so
  13. With lifelike you are Supposed to color it and cut it out and glue it in I just left it out. My next one is a 37 Chevy and it has the dash there’s just something about these old kits I like.
  14. Monty the car was molded in blue I painted over it with Dupli Color paint here’s the number BFM0378 Sonic blue pearl I it bought at O’ Riley’s about 3yrs ago it’s a Ford color. But I don’t think it was offered in 1936 lol
  15. Start this car about two years ago just got it finish today I switched to 1/32 because I’m kind of burned out on 1/25 that I’ve built for nearly 40 years enjoy the pics

  17. Painted the tires and running boards need to do some touch work and calling this one done
  18. I’ve build 1/25 trucks and cars for 40yrs and I’m burned out on both. I’ve always liked these little kits they do have lots of potential if you are willing to do the leg work. This one I started about a year ago and came back to it to finish this is what I have so far.

  21. Jim I forgot to tell you I called Dave last week and said he found the molds and was going to test them and let me know how they did. I used the Tamiya nato black for my chain turned out very well and convincing after you paint it go over it lightly with a #2 lead pencil for a little metal look on the sprocket and out site the chain. No dust problem
