  1. This will be going behind the Mack RL700LS. I’ve started it the weather here is perfect for painting so I’ve already painted the box white with silver trim and assembled the bogey going to paint the Reefer next and the floor
  2. Sam looks great was that you that mention you can buy the wood grain for this at Michael’s craft store seem like I read that in this thread or another one
  3. Thanks Brian and Vincent it’s been in the box for awhile so I don’t doubt that they are

  5. Ok Vincent go big or go home
  6. Vincent you are too abrasive tonight lol
  7. Warren try Tamiya nato black # X69 your tires will have a very flat black and they will except your weathering techniques a whole lot better. I painted these mud flaps with nato black
  8. Warren I think he is talking about a western type “Stinger” that extends pass the tandems for longer log loads mainly used in the western states

  10. Nice doc and that’s what I nicked named my wife “Boomer” lol
  11. Thanks guys I’m putting it back on the bench tonight I’ve got a big head start on my BRBO so I will give this some attention
  12. This Engine is identical to the one I had in my real Autocar. Not shown in this pic but my fuel filter was mounted under the pump on the left side of the engine. And you will have to move the dip stick to the right side of the engine that’s where the little red block is this one has no dip stick it’s plugged for some reason
  13. Need a turbo and move some filters and water lines around and oil cooler the left side of the engine basically stays the same as the 250 with the intake I had one in my “real” Autocar it’s easy
  14. Here’s one I finished this summer. The frame in the kit was a “Rubber Block” suspension So I used a Monogram Ford aeromax frame with air suspension instead. I also added other parts from 1/32 New Ray Trucks Enjoy the pics
  15. JT. Thanks for the complement yes just a few little changes and it’s a whole different model

  19. Just thought I would give a update on the tribute. I sold my 1.1 Autocar A64b the first week of November. I was in a bad car accident In September that didn’t help my Arthritis I’ve been fighting for years and it seems the accident has made it worse. Saying that I had to realize I can no longer crawl around the old truck and give her the attention she needs. The truck was starting to go down hill fast so instead of letting her rust and rod to death I decided to sell her. She went to a good home and the gentleman who bought her is going to restore her back to the original color and stripe I showed him on the line sheet I gave him. I plan on finishing this build this year and build one from the original line sheet.I had her 19yrs Here’s some pics of our hay days and our last day together.
