  1. Thanks I'm surprised it has lasted this long also the chrome in spots are disappearing but I don't want to replace any parts it wouldn't be the same truck. When I get my other three trucks cleaned and fixed I will post them.

  3. Nice looking truck. I looked at the instructions and that's the way they show to put the cab release handles you did a great job on it.
  4. Thanks, I have 3 more that I built when I was around 17yrs if you guys don't mine I will clean them up and post them. The rest of them were destroyed or lost still have a couple needs rebuilt

I built this truck when I was 16 I bought it with the money I got from mowing my Grand Parents lawn I haven't touched it till now I cleaned it and replace the missing parts and reposition the mirrors and turn signals the paint is Testors Light Blue and White with White & Black pin stripping. Hope you enjoy the pics I'm looking forward to the AMT Re-release of this beautiful kit Lee

  7. Gino your Pete looks great I just found it. I used Sweet Cream krylon to paint that 1/32 looks almost like a match to your almond I hope to get that Pete done and move on to the next project
