  1. Excellent detail throughout, I especially like the carb work.
  2. Wow! that is one intense piece of equipment.
  3. I prefer flash over sink marks anyday
  4. Get the badger 200 it is good quality .
  5. Acrylic waterbase is the way to go here. Other paint types may cause a disaster leading you do it all over again.
  6. I would dry brush the Emblems with silver paint " I prefer the testors laquer" don't bother the panels because that will be more trouble.

  10. Use Duplicolor clear in the automotive section its very forgiving and be recoated quickly without fear of crazing which in my case usually works out well
  11. I have used the Purple pond and the alcohol rub methods both worked well
  12. You could return it to the store for an exchange that would be the easier
  13. I was over at the Taig factory so to speak its in a very nice home with a large steel building on the property .you would never guess they make anything there .
  14. Probably not you would not use hydraulic for an air bag you would use a compressor and air tanks LOL

Its the one that is orange on the box, The same as the golden T just with chrome instead the reason the chrome looks like better is because its AlClad painted after spending days removing seams and doing bodywork.(lots of sink marks too) In addition I changed the carb setup feeling the Six pack setup would look better.

  19. Jo-Han kits were fun,Easy to build, had a good amount of detail,and were not too expensive.

  21. These are also what I use for project storage/ transport I buy them when they are on sale usually 10 for $10.00
  22. generally speaking a bag of cement is about 80 lbs a bag of play sand is about 50lbs. The typical sandbags that I have seen are for flood control use and usally weigh in at 10-15 lbs
  23. I currently use duplicolor scratch filler primer in gray and have had no problems
