Admittedly its been awhile since I looked at this one. your work is looking pretty good to me, I am glad you are getting closer to the end. Those Duke boys are really going to like this one
Your's is "muy Excellente" the Fairlane is a super nice kit & quite possibly better than the 66 nova. With with the extra building options it has and the extra level of detail you can add. It almost falls together on its own.
There is a model swap meet coming up Saturday October 8th at the Postal hall on Greenway and about 43rd Ave in Phoenix someone there will probably have ten of them.
Some of what I saw looked really good. However better pictures need to be taken. some of those resin pieces look like they melted, into the place they were sitting on.There is always room for another good resin caster.
Although I like the subject . I am not real crazy about the cross ram setup.it is just not modern enough for a build like this. and it looks like the distributor is not at the right angle, very hard to tell without seeing it from the front. other than that what you have so far is going well.
At times when this happens to me, I build a snap kit. Usually something that is going to go together Easily and with some small detailing, it will improve the look greatly.I suggest one of the Boyd's, wheels of fire, or Jada kits.
