  12. Donald, next time try this trick. Before you start buildng get a panel scriber, and rescribe all of the panels, around the windows, and wiper blade areas. Lightly making about 2or3 passes. This will help deepen those and make it easier to compensate for paint and clear buildup. Allowing your knife follow the path more Easily. I also found a new style of knife at Walmart in the stationary section which wraps around your finger, Essentially putting the blade at your finger tip.It is made by fiskers an cost about $3.00.
  13. I pulled the teflon bushing out during a cleaning session. and re installed it, afterwards my gun would spit and surge some during spraying. I had the Badger Boys look at it when they were at the IPMS show here in town. They told me that they do not offer that bushing for sale, Because thier is a special tool that they use at the factory to install it. And set its Depth in the body. This may be the reason you are having trouble locating one. After that I sent My Airbrush into the factory ,they repaired it and it is back to working perfectly.

  19. Great subject Virgil, this is a wonderful way to get started. Although I am a little past this stage.I found myself very interested in your presentation, and am eagerly awaiting the next installment. Here is a tip try keeping the camera steadier during filming it is distractive. It makes it harder to focus on what your message. For example when you mention damaging the airbrush the Crown and Tip, those went out of the picture as they were mentioned.

  24. Hello All, tonite I painted a body using some HOK lite Teal green. I would like to paint the interior, Green as well I have not found a good color choice that would go well yet. I am looking for something metallic in color (sparkly)in green.if anyone could steer me to option I would be so grateful. I saw a 66 nova once that was white with a color style that I am looking for 60's era vinyl seat colors.
