  1. Oh well :P .....Mine with mufflers will set off most car alarms, 2nd gear 3500rpm.......
  2. Hey yourself....I like the rat rio.......this chop is about 4mm...I wanted to keep the rear window full size, so I had about 4mm between it and the beltline....
  3. Well I guess I'm choppin this one...but I kept the stock rear window...went pretty smooth...
  4. It just gets easier from now on!!
  5. Verrry nice....But lose the mufflers, let those wrapped pipes bark..and an exposed belt primary would put it over the top Great Bobber ;)
  6. Those were hand cast along with the tires by a friend of mine...the detail is outstanding!!
  7. Thats the "Rat RIO" ..totally bitchin and kool.....I got the bug too...but I don't have enough time for the brass route. Are you using Tix solder??
  8. I tried a trick that made the difference for me. I start with a new #11 blade and mark the point with a black sharpie. Then I wrap masking tape around the mount of the blade. Now my fingers are right where I am cutting..made a BIG difference for me and my old eyes.
  9. Well those are the standard used in the trucking business until split rims were outlawed...the hubs are designed to be floaters....
  10. Beautiful job..looks real...only fault is the dash should be separate from the tank.....but thats picky
  11. Thank you Doc...I've got shine down pretty well so....this one will be my virgin sacrifice...I'm gonna salt and spray it, have some liquid mask..so a little more assy and fitting.
  12. I did!! The gentleman who cast the rears also cast the fronts..totally different and correct..let me check for better pics...
  13. Yeah 6..that means a set of duals in the rear. Started with moving the front spring perch and drop axle forward. Then to the rear a little Z action, and now the bed floor is gone! Thanks go out to my Buddy Dan, for the sweet hand cast wheels and tires...another twist. Gonna run a flattie up front, may switch out the rear for a little more beef Nope no fenders either....more to follow.
  14. For your seam filler, use 2 part bondo glazing putty.....I like the shortening of the body for the chop..any interior issues?
  15. I think you will be surprised how much more control you will have. I did my 60 impala in just a few hours!
  16. Jairus...over the top Watson......that is unreal!!!!Equal to the P47 idea MORE !!!!!!
  17. Kitbashing at its finest.........
  18. The # 1 handle , as I have 4 of them. I use no handle for BMF..black sharpie on a new tip, wrap of masking tape to make a grip.
  19. roof, front fascia, rear bumper.....mirrors also http://e89.zpost.com...ad.php?t=282780 2010 Z4 M Coupe rendering If there were going to be an M model, this is my guess as to how it could look. I made the car Titanium Silver, modified the front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, got rid of the convertible feature, added 19" V710's, AP Racing Brakes, M5/6 style mirrors and lowered the roof line BEFORE: After It does look killer...I thought AMG at first...I love the chop!!!
  20. That is SOP...they are soaking it down...if they had the correct setup they would foam it next....most trucks do not carry ABC or CO2 extinguishers anymore...
  21. If ALMS could attract advertisers...we would see more. The SCCA has been racing for years...where are they? If you watch Motorblock on the weekends, Courtney Hansen s Dad is a SCCA legend..who heard of Jerry Hansen...or Dick Trickle SCCA and ASA shorttrack...American Racing at its purest
  22. I do not think Either.. Unless photoshopped pictures count as real... see my pm please Rendering of a real Z4
  23. For kustom colors and quality HOK cannot be beat. For basic, blacks , whites, and solids Tamiya and duplacolor also have great paints. If you are going to airbrush lacquers think about a gallon of lacquer thinner, a place for the used thinner, and a place to clean your airbrush that is safe . :D
