I made a "dimmer box" and dropped the voltage down so my temp is about 105 Three hours later and the lacquer smells dry..and even sanded correctly!! This is a better tool than my airbrushes!!! Yep that is it. I keep this outside in my garage so it's kept between 80 and 90 degrees and if shot thin does not fill in too much detail. I can only find the 235 in grey

Michaels craft store carrys a plastikote sandable primer white or grey for around 4.00 per can. It's lacquer and seems to be the same as 235

Just got a ronco dehydrator..convection type A couple of questions: 1. what should I hold the freshly painted body on? I've read that a tensioned metal stand could cause warpage 2. As it does not have a thermostat (I don't have a thermometer) how should I vent the top to keep temp between 100 and 110? I primarily shoot lacquers and some future through the airbrush. Any tips would be great..thanx in advance Mike
