That is what I was using it for silly. Final Cut Pro and After Affects. Much bigger files. Don't get me wrong I like FCP a lot but had to hard restart G4 many times a day - it was one crash after another. I was seriously considering a G5 but it didn't make sense to get a G5. It was significally more money. It wasn't even released and people were already comeing to the realization that it was not going to catch up to the current PC in terms of power. The clock speeds were much faster on the PC that were out already compaired to the said G5 clock speeds and dual cores and quad cores were just around the corner making the G5 obsolete almost before it hit the market. I sometimes worked on parllel files with a PC and Adobe Premiere without nearly as much trouble, althought Premeire wasn't as nice a program to work in, niether was AVID. It was largely the OS. Jaguar was new and had many teething issues. XP Pro was redesigned specifically to hand graphics better than previous Windows. My XP Pro AMD MSI machine never crashed. I guess Apple got the OS finally striatened out, but the moment had passed on the G5. I just kind of hit them at one of their transitional low peirods. I still had to use a G4 - Jaguar, and I still can't see what all the rave was about. It was set up very much like XP - Pro, program navigation was nearly indentical, the interface much the same, only the G4 crashed often, and my XP Pro system never did.

Which F Body Pontiac

Formula. I owned a 78 Formula once, with the option SBC. It had an untimely demise though, but some stupid girl driving a Buick Skylark going a est 110 MPH in the emergency lane until she ran out of room and hit a bunch of sand barrels which shot her out in to traffic, which took out my Formula and five other vehicles. Turned out a walnut was stuck in the trottle linkage, she had time enough to rip the peddle clean off the floor and melt down the brakes but never thought to just turn off the ingnition. Of course she was uninsured as well. -
I did. I had a horrible experience with a G4 and Jaguar OSX. My home built AMD MSI machine was much more powerful and more stable with XP Pro than at that time the latest and greatest MAC, which quite frankly sucked a big one - not at all stable. And at that time the G5 was in the pipeline and it was already clear that it's architecture was never going to be as powerful as PCs architecture that was already available. And sure enough bench test after bench test the G5 didn't stand up to the current PC. Plus they had a limited software library, it was good stuff but limited and much more expensive. Now that MAC has changed their architecture they are really not that different anymore. and if you run Win apps on your MAC you are just as suceptable to attack, and there are viurses out that attack specifically MAC machines. It's not that MAC can't get a virus, it's not many people write virus for MAC because not many people use them. If everybody switched there would be just as many viruses for MACs.

Yup. I think you need a team of at least four drivers so we might have openings. I think the driver fee is $100.

There is going to be a 24hrs of Le Mons at Deer Run, which is local for us, we even have a car.

Flying Lizards from AMLS will have an entry with the help of Grand Am's TRG. Looks like it will be another good show.

I like MM Enamels I have some MM acrylics but have had hit and miss success with them. It is hard to beat Tamiya sprays even if you had to order online, and you might want to consider getting an airbrush it can make a world of differnce no matter what you are shooting.

exactly.

My new saw has never popped a blade out and not nearly as tight. I took pliers to my X-acto and they still pop out. Plus it's not in alignment end to end. It's just junk. The Xacto saw handle arrangement and stamped blade holder isn't as sturdy as the Zona saw. While the Xacto stuff works okay, they are aggregating to deal with at times. Furthermore, there is much better razor and jeweler’s saws out there.

+1 Zona Razor Saw is great, another thing Xacto has but doesn't make very well.

I always liked that car. Probably one of the most beautiful cars ever built. -
Here is a fantastic saw for not much money and comes with 144 blades. It's worked very well for me. If you want an exacto I have one I'd sell ya cheap. http://cgi.ebay.com/JEWELERS-ADJUSTABLE-SAW-FRAME-W-144-BLADES_W0QQitemZ350298560640QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item518f6bd880

Just depends. The back side of a #11, flip it over, works well. Sometimes a jeweler's saws are as good as the saw you get. I have a good German one. The Xacto sucks. Thread works in hard to reach areas, and razor saws works good open areas like door bottoms. There are some good PE saw from Crazy Modeler and such, they are small and come in a bunch of different shapes.

Sure wished they'd make a styrene 908 HDi FAP.

Me too, I have lots of Evergreen laying around. It seems you can never have too much of it.

What if you have a XP with SP3 included? Not that I think it makes a difference. I have checked a machine with XP home that progress SP1 SP2 and is current with SP3, and another machine that was XP + SP3 all in one disk. I have not found any differences so far. The errors and code breaks are exactly the same. I have also gone to other IP boards and found the same kind of issues going back to 2.2, 2.4 and other 3.0 boards. It is an IP Board issue.

That's probably because Plastruct is mostly ABS, they do some styrene but mostly ABS.

Those are pretty cool. I like the girl from Boris Vallejo's Moonlight Wolves . -
Yeah, pretty much me too. I have tried FF and IE different versions of IE, on different puters and got pretty much all the same results. It works for the most part, however there are some enternal workings that could cause instablity in your browswer. It may never show up or maybe it will it's just something lurking out that could potentially be a problem.
