  1. ok so that means it is a original vintage peice not a older repop part
  2. So is the thunderbird interior i have vintage or is it a older reissue from like the late 70’s early 80’s
  3. Here is two pics of that thunderbird promo interior after I removed those old old homemade decals that were glued from the top of the dash and the seats I could not remove the ones from the floor

I was going through my parts boxes for chassis and interior pans and found these vintage parts The one chassis is from some Johan General Motors car going by what is on the chassis And the one almost complete interior pan looks to be from a a thunderbird promo going by the peg holes on the front and back And the dash on the other interior pan looks kinda like a mercury cougar dash and the interior pan fits on both the white bare plastic chassis and blue painted chassis

Right now all I have is boxes of parts but I can order kits on Amazon and have them sent to the person I do the trade with That is why I am willing to accept built one I can pull apart and redo or partially started ones or even ones missing minor parts that I can easily replace with modern kit parts

I took apart my mpc 1969 plymouth barracuda model and redid it as the right hand drive 69 Chrysler valiant barracuda from south Africa which was in production for 3 year 68 ,69 ,70 I put a Chrysler 225 slant 6 under the hood as that was the only engine option these cars had I cut apart a Revell 68,69 dart dash and rearranged the parts to make it a right hand drive dash I also made bumper guards and added this vinyl roof section on the roof that I saw in the reference pics I used I also modified a set of rims from my parts boxes to match the ones on the car in the reference pics I painted the body a base coat rust-oleum 2x gloss apple red and a top coat of eastup high performance wheel paint flash orange gold I did all the body and interior detail paint work with a few different colors of acrylic craft paint using dead ultra fine tip sharpie markers instead of paint brushes i have a 1969 cover of proud mary sund by a south african band called the rising sons playing in the back ground of the video south african 69 chrysler valiant cuda.mp4
  13. very nice work that will be a major dust catcher with how much of it is black and it is a pain to dust models
