  1. Tim the tour on your Plastic Cowboy site of the Peterbilt plant in Denton was cool . I go past it twice a month on 35w on my way to Fort worth and can only see the staging for delivery lot next to the highway and the building further back and always wondered about what it was like beyond those walls. Really enjoyed the pics of those extended hood Petes. Super cool tour and site ,enjoyed it all ,"Theres no feelin' like Petermobilin'"
  2. These trucks builds are the greatest , a special breed of modeler ,Tims trucks sets the bar in building these beauties. I've been driving this 2006 Pete for 7 months now and just love it , its what brought me back to truck models.Even the T-2000 I came out of didnt get me goin' , but this 387 did it.
  3. Has any one built a Roadway tractor with the Jif-lok system where the rear tag axle and 5th wheel become the dolly between the pups and the second 5th wheel slides back into place over the live axle? Trying to get items together for the Road Boss to give it a try and only finding a few pictures.
  4. This was painted with Krylon Fusion , and I had a few problems with dull spots when shooting the clear , repeated clear coats yielded the same dull spots , but after the polishing steps they were gone . I would use it again.
  5. Old question to some , but I never heard of what happened to those old Jo-han kits they were bringin' out ? Fade away or just late ?
