  1. Excellent job, Bruce. And I appreciate that you got the stance correct.
  2. Looks Awesome, Jim. Great job on the decals and fixing the stance and tuck of the tires under the fenders.
  3. Your welcome, Christian. It was hard to find many 54 Hudsons that were campaigned back then in Nascar. The only other one I found driven by Frank Mundy did not show up at all in "racing reference". I think it was driven in 1955 because it actually had a roll bar in it.
  4. Excellent job on what had to be a very challenging decal installation. I would not even try one of these. Looking forward to the final product.
  5. I appreciate the way you fix the tire ride height and the tucking of the tires. It makes such a huge difference in the way the finished model looks.
  6. Yes, I believe they are all basically the same.
  7. Well, Chris. I guess I would go with one that has one color, and just basic decals. Not large panel decals. Maybe the yellow Waltrip car, or the black Earnhardt car. That would be a way to get your feet wet, without having to deal with anything too challenging, right off the bat.
  8. The ones that inspire you to build them. I usually end up using street car models and turn them into nascar builds.
  9. Thanks John and John. I really appreciate the kind words.
  10. Great job, Neil.
  11. I believe that's an ARCA car. Notice the hoosier tire decal on the front fender
  12. I'm going to do a favorite things car but its actually going to be a beer car. but not Budweiser or any miller product.
  13. Thanks, Mark.
  14. Thanks, Rick. I forgot to post a finished picture in the wip.
  15. Thanks, Brian. Feedback is always appreciated.
  16. Thanks, Elvin and Jim. I really appreciate it.
  17. Excellent job. You know, for I don't know how long now, the road course cars nowadays are being fueled on the left side of the car. When I did my Tony Stewart road course winner, from a couple of years ago, I was going to put the filler on the right side, but when I looked at the reference pictures, I found out I didn't have to. That is at least at Sonoma they are on the left side.
  18. Thank you, guys.
  19. Here is what's left of the decal sheets.

  21. This is ridiculous how good your modeling is. Every time you post something, my mouth hits the floor in amazement. Its pure joy to view your builds.
  22. Looks perfect. The only thing I would change would be to lighten up the pictures a bit. Looking forward to your next Nascar build.
  23. Awesome job, Christopher. Super clean work.
  24. The color separation on this model is truly exceptional. One of the best silver paint applications I have ever seen. Beautiful model.
